Been a customer since 2025 and I know how well they handle customer inquiries. In two occasions they provided their services at no extra cost which is remarkable. Product sync and all the functionalities work as expected and I didn't find any other issues with their App. Most of the other integration Apps having so many issues and I find this really well established and even their packages are affordable as well. I highly recommend their service to everyone who uses integration services on day to day basis. Cheers!

The ebay app works well and their customer support is quick and super helpful
brilliant app. The ability to create different profiles for different uplift on specific product categories and ranges is a game changer. really intuitive to use once you get your head round it!
I'm still learning the benefits of this App, but so far it appears to be superb. Even better is the support. responses times are brilliant, and willingness to advise and support fantastic.

I'd been struggling to add more products to my listings and reached out to support. Hem sorted it straight away, he understood my issue immediately, was quick to respond and really polite throughout. He increased my limit by 5,000 products, which means I can now showcase my full Shopify catalogue on eBay. Brilliant service, thanks Hem!

Very good integration for getting onto ebay quickly. Very easy to sync product listings and orders, lots of options to get the configuration right any make sure we're sending the data that ebay needs mapped to the correct fields. Support is fantastic, shout out to Pratik for spending an hour with me troubleshooting issues I had with a couple of listings. Very fair pricing plans too. Would definitely recommend this.

The customer support was very helpful in providing information. If not known initially they were good at getting the information and providing the answers. Look. Support was quick and helped me with my issue practically no questions asked, now to wait and see if I get any bites on eBay. I like the profiles settings and that you can have it automatically change inventory which is great for people that 3d print stuff like me, as well as it will allow you to increase the price on everything to help cover eBay fees. So hopefully this will help me land some sales!
