I would like to give my highest recommendation to Bhavya for the incredible support she provided me from start to finish. As a first-time Etsy user, I had so many questions and needed help with everything—from downloading and installing, to connecting Etsy with Shopify, setting up the integration, making payments, and listing my products. Every time I encountered an error or got stuck, Bhavya was there to help me. What impressed me the most was her patience and kindness. She never made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions, no matter how many times I needed help. Whenever I said, “I need you,” she was there. I have a shopify store with 10,000 skus. So far we have integrated hundreds of sku's with Ced to our Etsy store and it has doubled sales in one month. I will continue to expand and am looking forward to 4th quarter. This was incredibly easy to map and the amount of time it saves building listings far exceeds the monthly costs. Thank you!!!!
Good App with good performance. All issues could be solved by CED supporters who always are prompt available.

I had a great experience working with Harsh Singh from the CedCommerce support team. He was very patient, responsive, and guided me step-by-step through the process of activating my product listings. I was initially confused about why my products were still in draft status, but Harsh clearly explained what to do and pointed me to the exact steps needed. Thanks to his help, I was able to successfully activate my products, and they are now live on Etsy. Generally I've had no issues with them. They can be a little slow to respond sometimes, but that could be partly due to the time difference. The integration itself works well, and I have no complaints about the emails I've received.

We have a busy Etsy store & other industry leading apps just didn't keep up & failed. Tradegecko (now Quickbooks) suggested this integration & we have not looked back. As with any new apps there are small bugs, but the support staff are friendly and quick to respond. I do not hesitate to call on them, they really go the extra mile, making this app great to use. Support went as far as helping to automate our gift messages, just a tremendous solution to a time-consuming task. As with all the other time saving features the platform offers. The functionality is straight forward and hassle-free. You may need to ask support to guide you on initial workflows (to become familiar) but after a few products it is really simple. Edit Dec 2025: I have worked with CED Commerce for close to two years now and can highly recommend this app. Support is great, almost 24/7 available via chat, immediately when you start the chat. Since my last review they have improved the app, in some cases with the suggestions I provided; case in point they listen to us, the users. For syncing between Shopify, CED Commerce and Etsy, there is no better app! So far so good! Apps works like a charm, support is great and the app is not too complicated. I hope they will continue to develop and improve the app as there are a few tweaks that would be nice. Overall I can definitely recommend this app for Etsy! Especially Utkarsh Saxena is great!!
