Really happy with Fera so far. It was easy to set up, looks great on our Shopify store, and makes collecting customer reviews simple. The photo review feature is a nice touch and everything has worked reliably. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a review app.

I just installed Fera on my Shopify store and I am pleased to say its more than impressive. It was so easy and automated to import reviews. did not require me to manually edit json and csv files. Support was prompt and they helped me get the widgets installed and my website looking so much better.

So far I am happy with 100 reviews for $9 (I had to message because it was showing up as $30 as first). Its much prettier than Yotpo. Yotpo dropped the ball on support. It was somewhat easy to put this app up and running but I did need help on a lot as it's not that easy. I was able to set my colors coordinate with my logo. I was able to load all reviews on every product but those reviews do not link to the exact product. The collection page will allow reviews per product with product review widget and links to the exact review of that exact product so happy with that. I also made a separate page for store reviews which only have 3 reviews and put that page in my footer and use the store reviews carousel widget for the page. Overall great app, great customer support even when closed until Monday they replied. Give this app a try. April 2026 Still going strong with great customer support

The app is easy to use, integrates well with Shopify, and offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to displaying reviews and social proof on the store. What really stands out is the support team. Our customers seem to love using Fera reviews - they've posted lots of images of their crafts and regularly post reviews. We're well over 700 review now - even without offering incentives, as I personally don't think that should be a reason to leave a review. Our products should speak for themselves!

This app was easy to install, easy to use, and relatively inexpensive.

What a phenomenal support! I spoke to a REAL person and not a bot. In about 15-20minutes, Roel helped me resolve some programming issues, guided me in some backend configurations I was struggling with. They have a super feature which is for customers to review the store itself, which is great if you have a physical store or provides services such as workshops like we do. My previous customers have a link they can leave a quick review and it's working so well. Super recommend it Even though I use another app that has product review as one of their offers, I rather pay extra to have the reviews done by Fera. Amazing!
