awful, doesn't work, can't delete, interferes with image design, just updated my version of canopy and cannot delete this app or get the pin design to work. ugg. stay away.

So far I like this program. I was surprised to see so many people signing up right away. The chat support is very responsive. A few minor things in the back end I had to learn how to understand. It's a very easy setup. I just looked at other websites and got the idea what to do right away.

So great to have found this FREE service. I switched from FERA. It took long to get all my products synced but customer service helped and I was able to upload a csv file. Now my carousel looks nice and this app allowed me to select my website colors for stars. Looks awesome.

So far I am happy with 100 reviews for $9 (I had to message because it was showing up as $30 as first). Its much prettier than Yotpo. Yotpo dropped the ball on support. It was somewhat easy to put this app up and running but I did need help on a lot as it's not that easy. I was able to set my colors coordinate with my logo. I was able to load all reviews on every product but those reviews do not link to the exact product. The collection page will allow reviews per product with product review widget and links to the exact review of that exact product so happy with that. I also made a separate page for store reviews which only have 3 reviews and put that page in my footer and use the store reviews carousel widget for the page. Overall great app, great customer support even when closed until Monday they replied. Give this app a try. April 2026 Still going strong with great customer support

Easier than fooling around with html codes and adding manual. This easy does the trick. You can customize the look of the pin. Love it. Highly recommend. And it's free. *update 2025 this app conflicts now with my upgraded theme Canopy, image banner are flickering on PC with mouse point, bad experience, had to uninstall the app.

I have had great experience on Klaviyo. Fast support. Customized emails and templates. Love this app. Don't hesitate to use. Make sure all your templates and settings are correct before you launch. Builds revenue - you would not think so - but so many people shop off emails.

Awesome, right out of the gate, set some colors and write city instead of country and good to go. Works amazing and also shows added to cart on the pop-up which was surprising and got an email showing how many people clicked. What could be better? Thank you for the 5-star review! The company is in Melbourne Australia and I suggest you contact them to install, because it did not work with my theme and once they got on it they fixed it right away. You don't want to install it and see all kinds of codes everywhere like I did. It freaked me out. But it was a positive outcome and it does what I need to show sizes and cross outs for sizes out of stock. I looked everywhere for something like this to add to my theme and am pleased now.

It was a learning curve. I used to use Omnisend. I am not very computer saavy but they helped me to grow my company. I had to lower my costs so I changed to a smaller company Machine Labs and am happy with that. The conversions from emails did work well. I had to help Springbot improve a lot of their errors. They did have a Messenger ads and Ad Roll but at cost. I suppose it helped get some return. I would rather use my money to do some FB ads direct to get people in the door. I hope they improve slowly.

It was an easy read. Luckily I was familiar with my theme and it was old so I had to copy and paste the code into the code editor index.liquid. I recommend only 5 columns and 1 row so the photos show up better on a cell phone. I set it to click to my instagram account. be sure to add the @ symbol for your account if you use # it brings up some weird website. It's a great app, it is positioned just where I wanted it above my footer and I am enjoying my new Instagram app. Great price too, FREE ! Only objection is for any reason you change your instagram password this app stops working and have to approve all over again with new password. Remember that.

If you don't pay a lot which I don't because I use the FREE version don't expect much. At least I have moderation. But it's December and no reviews are showing on my website since October !! Boo hoo. I hope you fix this soon.

So far very pleased. For the price I get peace of mind knowing my inventory so I can plan for the future. Great job, so simple, perfect info for my account at year end. Responsive messaging to questions.

So far, I have been extremely pleased with this app, it is inexpensive, it works fast, people are putting a wish list together already and the customer service really rocks, I let them do all the setup, because I can't do it very well and they did an excellent job within 2 business days, it was all set up just have to be a little patient at first. And a follow up... when a setting on my computer messed me up they spent over an hour on my computer remotely and finally found the issue and fixed it. You guys rock !!!

I lost all data Thursday on my website by installing a bad CSV file. I was not warned by Shopify. The only save was my ink frog link to eBay. I was able to repair images and SKUs but not inventory. I spent 3 days 17 hours per day with the first 2 days only 1 hour sleep. Now I am doing a long overdue complete inventory because of all the errors. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. But I came out stronger as a result and want to keep it. I will be closing ink frog at some point. Glad I found this app. I noticed you even tell me how many products I have. That simple information was not even accessible on Shopify. Well worth $15 for peace of mind. Just today I thought I lost a product because I deleted it, but found it again on Rewind and restored it. Although it was not restored in the order I had listed it as a product I am still good with not having to re do it. I thought I would never have to use this feature...guess what...just did!! Superstars ship station!!! love love love this app --took years off my life --sends out automated letters for both stores my website and eBay with customized profile on it and message. I can now advertise my website to eBay users. Remembers my ship choices for items. Adds orders together easily for shipping. Already recommended this app. saving money too.
