I contacted the support team via email to fix a small issue. Emma replied within 30 mins with a fix. Great service and a great product. Highly recommend for Shopify websites looking to up their form filling game and send lead events to FB ads and Google ads GA4 etc. or use Zapier webhooks.
Great support experience. We had an issue where a couple of form submissions didn't send their notification emails, and Taylor from the support team looked into it quickly, explained what had happened, and got it fixed by switching the app to a new email provider. Friendly, patient and clear the whole way through. The form builder itself does exactly what we need for our truck show award orders. Thanks Taylor!

The team at Powerful Contact Form Builder were amazing. While their forms can be a little bit difficult to set up, the team is incredibly helpful when you need it. I ran into a roadblock with functionality and to my surprise the team solved it within the same day. They were incredibly responsive and Emma was a fantastic customer service agent that I really enjoyed working with. She made multiple changes for me and I'm really happy with the result. I feel very confident using their products.

The best form builder app out there. Extremely easy, yet it has plenty of advanced features and options that let you use it in a hundred situations. Used it for many years and never, ever, had an issue. If I needed help, the customer support team was very helpful and replied faster than expected. A big thanks to Taylor for the knowledge and professional approach in helping me make changes to the forms.
Use the Chat bubble where necessary. It is easy and from my interaction it was with a HUMAN! I am all for AI, but some things just need a human touch!

Easy app to set up and use. We need multiple forms, and this provides a streamlined way to track and filter submissions. I needed help with the settings on one of our forms that I couldn't figure out on my own, and Taylor was able to fix what I needed and also sent a video so that I knew how to do it on my own in the future.
I’m building a webshop in Shopify and wanted to include a withdrawal form. Someone recommended the Powerful Form Builder app to me. The app is very user-friendly and versatile, but there was one specific field that I couldn’t figure out how to add. When I asked for help via the chat, I was assisted by Emma. She was incredibly helpful and patient and managed to help me add the special field to the form. Since I’m using the free version of the app, I didn’t expect to receive such great support. Absolutely TOP! I would definitely recommend this app.
