We used this app to provide a gift note option to our customer on each product page that could have one. We would love if they had an option to add to the checkout page as well in case the customer missed it before. The support team is wonderful!

This app allows me to offer gift wrapping options to my customers. At first I set up just one option on my own and that went fine. But then I decided to add another girftwrap style choice and needed help setting that up. The support team is fabulous -- they respond very quickly, usually within the hour. They have handled all of my customizing requests efficiently and pleasantly! I highly recommend Gift Wrap Plus for both their product and their excellent support.

ETA: After using the app for a while, I just want to update to let others know you can use it for so much more than a gift wrap app. We launched an item as a pre-order that we knew would not ship in time to arrive by 12/25. What we offered instead was a free gift card that we would send so they would have something to put under the tree. This app worked perfectly to add the checkbox so some people could let us know they wanted the card and others could opt out.

This app is THE BEST gift wrap app on the platform, I promise you will not be disappointed. I received grade a customer support - immediately fast replies! I asked the developer for a change, and it was changed within 24 hours... absolutely incredible. I've been using this app for months now and am always impressed at it's intuitiveness. This app has just saved my sanity! Soner worked with me to help customize this to fit our needs. We offer complementary gift wrap with purchase and it was hard to find the right fit for our needs. She was so quick to respond and alleviate my worry about tech glitches. I had customers checking out and utlilizing the gift wrap scroll down option and notes within minutes of getting it running. I highly recommend this for anyone needing to add this service to your business. Very responsive and really helped us to make it fit our lil shop.

I sell digital products, so I used Gift Wrap Plus to add postcards announcing the product as a gift. Soner and the dev team added a custom name and address fields for the gift postcard to be sent to. They were super helpful, quick and easy to work with!

Awful app but even worse when it comes to support. Charged three times for October 2020 subscription ($22.97), deleted the app because it didn't work properly and the developer is refusing any refunds. I can afford it but it is still stealing my money. Install at your own risk. As a backup to my complaint here is a copy of the email from Shopify Support confirming all the charges, this app producer's refusal to allow a refund for the THREE subscriptions and his harassing manner..... Because of this I have escalated this to our Partner support team where they are going to file a complaint with the app developer on your behalf. I have used this app for over a year now, never had any issues, its always worked like a dream, looks smart, easy to set up and maintain and if you do sell enough to need to pay for the app, the cost is cheap enough to make back on your sales of wrap. I recently had a query to add a choice of Xmas and Floral wrap with the festive season coming, they replied in minutes, with a fix, and that is now complete, I am so happy! Customers can now pick between wraps. Thank you

We needed a simple app that would attractively add a gift wrap option to our store. We installed and then uninstalled this app b/c it didn't appear to be as customizable as I suspected. I sent a note to their CS team just to be sure, b/c I really liked the look of their features, and within moments got an email back explaining that they would customize to my specifications. We had an incredibly efficient email dialog and ultimately, the app works exactly as requested. Brilliant CS, great and easy app, best out there for gift wrap by far!

OK Here it is... I first gave only a 1 star review last year....BUT.... I really like what this app could do for our store. At first it sill wasn't working with theme, Turbo and on Apple IOS Iphone. I sent a email for help and to give them a second chance. Seriously, these guys worked for three weeks to figure out what what wrong and they did. They got the app working perfectly. Hats off to them and their dedication to customer service, ensuring a good product. Thank you

Perfect for what we needed as out previous gift wrap functionality didn't allow customers to choose which products they specifically needed wrapping. This one does, It took 5 mins to install. I had a small issue with how it was appearing on the site, which was fixed by the support team in under an hour. Would recommend.

Can't say enough great things bout Gift Wrap Plus. Soner Biricik and the other folks at Nulls.net are great to work with. In a period of 24 hours they worked on fine tuning our site to work exactly the way we wanted it to. Their response time is within minutes of reaching out to them. We had some "special" circumstances with integrating our gift wrapping products and they came to the rescue, writing additional code to accommodate a user friendly interface for our customers. This is a great product out of the box but the real testament is the personal attention we received from their support staff. Big Thanks from all of here at Puppy Culture!

Great App! It worked perfect for our needs by putting the gift wrap option right with the product as an option instead of trying to manage it all at cart level which I sure would have led to confusion for all parties. I had a small issue when setting it up (totally my fault) and the support was top notch. A little back and forth and they were able to get me totally taken care in plenty of time for the Christmas rush. I'd highly recommend these guys!
