This is the second preorder app I have tried and it's far superior to the previous one I used which messed up my inventory. It's very well designed with features I wanted. The customer service has also been excellent.

This app is very intelligently designed and the customer service is fantastic. We got this app up and tested in minutes. I highly recommend this company.

I like this app as there are a lot of badges to choose from. If they don't have what you need you can upload your own badge easily. Also, easy to customize size of badge and location. Very good app. I do also want the sales price to show on my website - still looking for an app that can do that.

I like this app overall, but the fact that you can't stop it from filling your email inbox with every chat message is annoying. My employee handles the chat inbox so I don't need to be notified of every message via my email. Very annoying.

For a free email marketing app this is very good.

This is an easy to use, simple, email service which is perfect for me. I am writing this review today because this week, Shopify updated which unintentionally shut down Hosted Email 24 hours. Normally, I never have issues with Hosted Email. I found a way to email them via the support system and told them I won't get any email they send me but wanted to let them know their app down. A customer service rep called me right away and let me know what was happening. He helped me sign in on the website version of the email service. They also emailed after Shopify fixed the problem on their end to let me know what happened. I have to say the customer service was very polite, helpful and kind. Very nice company. Thank you for your appreciation. We're glad to hear you're happy with the app and the support.

Update: This app is probably great if you provide free return labels to your customers. But not if you charge the customer for labels. If the customer is exchanging for a same value item and requests a prepaid label, then you need to charge them for the return label because there is no credit left to cover the label. I still don't know if this app could have handled my request because the rep didn't understand this simple issue. I spent hours with technical support with zero success. Next day I asked them to cancel my subscription which took him a half hour to do after giving me a hard time about canceling. I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. It was so aggravating I just don't want to deal with them anymore. **************************************************** Original Review: It's early days, but so far I like this app. It could be a little easier to understand, but as I got up to speed I am liking how it actually functions. The customer service is extremely fast to respond and very helpful. A lot of good features are in the more expensive plan, but I can get by with the basic plan as I have a small business and can't pay a lot for returns processing.

I have been creating surveys using this app for a few years now. It works very well and allows for customization of all text and visuals. The customer service is excellent as well. Very good company. Thank you so much for the 5 stars and sharing your experience with us😊

The customer service is exceptional. They did everything to tweak their product to work for me and very quickly too. I highly recommend this company. Their app has been immensely helpful in cutting down the time I spend balancing my Quickbooks as everything is automatically there for me.
