Great app and great support, we set-up 3 rules and had an issue after 1st day and support were quick to help even arranging a phone call to figure out and solve the issue which was a simple fix. We've already had a number of customers take advantage of their free gifts with purchase in the first day. Would highly recommend.
The app is easy to use and works really well – I’m very happy with it!
The geo-targeting is a game changer for my business being able to offer different gifts to customers in different countries.
Was super easy to set up. I will update review once I've had orders.

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the app and the support team was incredibly helpful in resolving it. The app works really well and does exactly what we need. But what really stands out is the customer service, especially Taransh. It’s genuinely refreshing to be able to speak to a real person who is helpful, responsive, and actually takes the time to understand the issue
Once we started using the EG Auto Add to Cart Feature, it immediately brought our AOV by about 25%, which not only helps with our goal of increased cart value, but also helps to lift some of the existing inventory we have.
EG Auto Add to Cart has everything we need for our GWP offers, and its compatible with bundle apps as well. The support team was especially helpful, they responded swiftly and clearly guided me through fixing an issue with discount codes. The error was resolved without a long back-and-forth. Highly recommended for both the app’s functionality and their excellent support.

I had an issue with some configuration. The EG support helped me through the diagnostic and fix, even though the issue wasn't caused by their app - they took time to ensure my site and the functionality of their product worked. Both Nathan and Emira were fantastic
We've been using this app for about 5 years now. It's always reliable, we never have any problems and if an issue does pop up (usually our fault) the support is really quick to help us out. Fully recommended if you want to run free item offers with your campaigns.

We've been using EG Add to Cart on our Shopify store, and it has been a fantastic addition to our setup. It functions exactly as promised and provides a seamless experience for our customers. What really sets this app apart, though, is their customer service. We ran into a minor technical issue, and Stephanie from their support team jumped on it immediately. She was helpful, professional, and found the problem (which we created). It is rare to find app developers who offer this level of quick, high-quality support. This app does what it says and we have been pleased with the functionality and performance. Currently on the standard plan but may upgrade for deeper customization of some of the widgets and banners. Out-of-the-box design is not very premium but that was expected given price point. We do not run terribly complex promos but so far have used the free gift with cart value for both single product no choice, and also for multi-variant product where customer chooses the shade/color.
Added this app to our store, had an error is how I set it up, reached out to support, Taransh helped me solve it quickly, even offered to quickly see if the promotion could be improved, we took the advice and ran with it. Awesome support. Thankyou.
