Great app that handles the Giveaways legally, and also now integrates with both my stores and email platforms! the Help setting this up when i hit a snag was quick! which is exactly what you need when you have staff waiting for things to work properly, Would definitely reccomend

Honestly, a real easy app to navigate. Very easy to build out Promos/Giveaways I tried a couple of the other apps and this one seemed to hit all our needs for marketing so far. I was having an issue with the ReCAPTCHA on my end and reached out to the team and Andrea was on the spot, FAST. He helped me out, we took care of it and it all works perfect. We have been running giveaways for many years, and have used many other apps for giveaways. This app was not only easier to install, it also was backed by some of the best support ever received from a Shopify App. Would recommend even if you're unsure! 10/10
These guys go above and beyond! It works out of the box with no issues, and then they are incredibly helpful with any special requests or funky things you want to do, that would push the envelope of what is possible... I definitely recommend them. You won't regret using this app - it's easy to use as is, and their team are amazing. Andrea deserves a raise :D
Incredible tool with an incredible founder. I have never had someone help me as much or as fast. Everything is easy to setup, and just works out of the box like it should. The other giveaway tools out there are complicated, more expensive, and don't justify their price compared to Giveaway Ninja. Actually, GN has more useful features I've found. This is THE giveaway tool for Shopify.

I had a few issues getting my Giveaway to function on my shopify page due to the reCAPTCHA, likely due to user error, but Andrea squared me away and got me up and running! Amazing support. I really don't write reviews often, but Andrea did a superb job, and this time it is well deserved. Thank you!

Amazing App! It comes with a lot of features and tools while also having a beautiful design. It also comes with all the integrations you might need and the customer support is just incredible. This might be by far the best giveaway app here on Shopify

Does exactly what we need it to do. We've run several successful giveaways and will continue to use this app.
For the launch of our new brand, we had chosen a competitor (larger company with more features & possibilities) but the integration with our Shopify store didn't work at all (mainly due to changes in the Shopify Checkout that is being rolled out) and so last minute we had to look for another solution. What a breath of fresh air it was to discover, install and configure Giveaway Ninja :-). It does what it says it does: giveaways with almost all of the actions a small to large company would like to link to the giveaway, including a feature that for us was key: one extra entry to the giveaway per € spent. For some specific questions, we were pleasantly surprised to see that Andrea from customer service, was very reactive & knowledgeable (no answers like "Oh, I'll need to check with our technical team") and so we managed to have everything up and running in no time. 3 weeks later the giveaway ended with over 1300 participants and 5000 actions / entries taken.
Amazing App. Customer support is crazy good. I asked them to remove a visible feature and they did. Edited the code for me within 30 min. I had an issue another time months later and they fixed it within 2 hrs. Can't speak highly enough of how quick they help. 10/10.
So, I had an issue with installation and I reached out to Andrea. You'll see his name everywhere on Giveaway Ninja. He identified my issue immediately and corrected it. I was up and running in minutes of me telling him what was going on.
Being behind a computer is not my bag. So, its super important for to find intuitive software and top-notch support. Don't look any further if that's what you need these guys are great!

So far this app seems easy to use and integrates easily. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. Time will tell if the app pays off, I think it will.
Easy to setup, outstanding support, and VERY effective getting engagement
First let me tell you..... Andrea is amazing. So helpful. Really is. Have a problem or need something change to make it your own and he is on it like crazy. Also filled with a ton of ideas on how to make things work the way you want. The app is loaded with tons of features that you pay a arm and leg for with other apps. Super clean and responsive. I love the idea that you can tag customer that go into Klaviyo. Our goal is to walk people into our business slowly and introduce things to them and not to scare them away. Also it has a lot of interaction with the customer as ways for them to earn more points or entries. The big feature is referral a friend. We added a lot of new elements to our site and with this app you can have them visit and explore and get points for it. (great way to educate your customers) With all seriousness, give them a try and make sure you reach out if you need anything. Customer service is the best I've seen on Shopify. Just a quick update.... Less than one week using the app and already had over 200 entries and many referrals. Really works on expanding your email list and get people to go through your site. SECOND MAJOR Update...He took my suggestion and added it to the app. You can now have customers who buy be entered into the sweepstake. Totally amazing You Really need to try this app. In two months we gained a ton of contacts that we can promote our products too.
This app is very simple, easy to set up and get running. I did have some questions about running campaigns and integrations, and Andrea helped me out! Not only did she address the issues I was having she also improved upon my setup! I've tried a lot of plug in apps and the customer service was really lacking, but this wasn't the case with Giveaway Ninja. You won't be overcharged and unable to reach support. I also like that you can scale your subscription to the sign up volume. It's all around awesome! I highly recommend this app!
I recently used the Giveaway Ninja App for our Anniversary Giveaway, and I was extremely pleased with the results. This app does everything you need to run an effective giveaway! The customer service in impeccable! My questions were answered immediately, and Andrea also assisted with the setup! If you want to acquire more customers, or you need competent help with the set up use this app! Good customer service is hard to find these days but you won't have that problem here!

This was my first time using an app like this in Shopify. As a relatively new shopify user, it's been a learning curve for me. Fortunately the Giveaway Ninja support chat was there to help me every step of the way. I probably asked 80 questions over a 3 hour period of time and the responses were always fast, friendly and very informative. I felt so clueless at the beginning but by the end of the setup, I felt extremely knowledgeable and confident using the app. 10/10 and I'll definitely be using it again for future giveaways.
Using this app for a Black Friday (Better Friday) giveaway we're running and the customer service has been exceptional! Super fast replies, really helpful and really personable. Very impressed!

Just installed this app on our site LongRideShields.com. Created our first campaign and it is now live. Had a few hiccups in the setup but CrazyRocket tech support was on it! They responded very quickly and helped develop working code as well as things overlooked when setting up this first campaign. I used this app for a few giveaways and seemed to have good results but I was frustrated with the lack of metrics provided, specifically I wanted to know how many unique email subscribers it was adding every month. I mentioned my frustration to them and within 2 hours they added this feature to app. Now that is customer service! Will definitely continue to use this app.
Had some issues with the initial setup, Andrea got back to us promptly and helped us out with whole process. Even helped cleaning up the css so that mobile would look right. Highly recommend!!

This app is so very user-friendly. No technical knowledge necessary. The Mailchimp integration is invaluable. My last giveaway was successfully run and I'm on my second one now - it's off to a great start thanks to the app. And if you have any questions, know that Andrea will respond right away to get things right.

The App is very cool for sure and campaigns are easily modified. Now the support though is Phenomenal! Andrea was crucial to launching our first campaign, basically did the whole thing for me and was always quick to respond and help with customization. Even at midnight on a Friday night! That type of service is rare and in my opinion "Priceless"

This application is amazing! Very easy to use! Very useful. I recieved 6k entries first try! I love the integration mechanics and analytics.
We are using the app to assist with engagement. It loaded up perfectly and when we had a minor issue, customer support at Giveaway Ninja jumped right in. Not only did they clarify things for us they dove in and optimized things for us. Full marks!
We haven't launched the campaign yet but as we are in the setup phase we were able to communicate with the app support who have been really responsive and fast taking care of all our needs! So far we love the customer service and and how on top of our requests they have been. Definitely recommend them!!!!
