We were looking for a way to offer gifting for our subscription product, which has a fairly nuanced setup and presents a few unique challenges. After testing and reviewing multiple apps, Givy was the only one that could actually support what we needed. The Givy team was incredibly helpful from the start and jumped into troubleshooting with us, thinking outside the box, and working through the details until everything functioned the way we envisioned. It definitely wasn’t a one-size-fits-all use case, and they helped throughout the process. What’s stood out the most is how responsive and communicative they’ve continued to be. Having real people who are easy to reach and quick to help makes such a difference, especially when you’re trying to fine-tune a more complex setup. If you need a gifting solution and your requirements aren’t totally standard, we can’t recommend Givy enough.

Great product! We use this product for digital gift redemption and it works incredibly smooth. It's very intuitive and we have had zero issues with our customers using it and understanding the flow. The setup was easy and the support from Givvy was very good. Highly recommend!

Givvy has been excellent for our businesses gifting needs. Out of the box, it's intuitive and easy to use. We love how sleek it is for customers checking out, and the ease of set up. Customer Service is excellent. If you are looking for a more robust solution for your store then the out of box Shopify cards then Givy could be for you. The other part that I like is that they are releasing new functions to improve the app.

Givy is truly a game changer in the Gift Cards and Gifting space on the Shopify platform. It is intuitive and implementation is a breeze specially with video tutorials and the fanatical support by Givy's staff. The pricing is very reasonable and the personalized customer support is top notch. They even created an eye catching gift card image for us for FREE! Who does that these days and that's why we greatly appreciate the Givy staff and their attention to details. We are extremely happy with their app and features.
Givy helped expedite the launch of Daily Harvest’s gifting experience just in time for our first holiday season offering no-subscription-required bundles. The setup and configurability of the app enabled us to deliver the exact gifting flow that we envisioned. We were particularly excited about the scheduler functionality so the recipient is in full control of when they receive their box of delicious and nourishing meals and snacks. Working with the Givy team has been an absolute pleasure; they are extremely responsive and helpful. I am excited to scale up our gifting business working alongside Givy in the future.

This app is exactly what we were looking for! It has a clean, intuitive interface, and includes everything customers are looking for when purchasing a gift card. We're excited to finally have an option to allow our customers to schedule send + add custom messages. Incredibly easy to set up to match our store's current theme settings, but with options to customize if needed. Comprehensive and well-thought out features for an affordable and competitive price. The only feedback we have would be to include a language filter, but other than that we are very happy with the functionality. The Givy Team is extremely helpful and very responsive. We highly recommend using this app!
The app does exactly what we need, and when it didn't, the support team was very quick to create a solution for our store and now looks create in dark mode! Highly recommend giving this app a shot if you need gift cards in your online store.
