We needed a few small tweaks for our custom theme, and Adnan was incredibly helpful and almost immediately available to get everything resolved. Absolutely outstanding support and a great product. I needed some adjustments for the app to work exactly as intended with our theme, and the team helped me set everything up quickly and professionally. The Product Tabs section now displays our product description right below the Buy Now button, making it far easier for customers to read without scrolling. Fantastic app and even better support! We had an issue with assigning the correct VAT rate for EU orders in Xero, as we’re based in Northern Ireland and still part of the EU customs union. Lech from support was incredibly responsive and worked tirelessly to resolve this and several other small issues for us — everything is now working perfectly. The installation and setup are straightforward, but if you’re unsure about any settings, just reach out to their support team. They reply quickly and are always willing to help. Highly recommended!

We haven’t gone live with Prefixbox yet, as it’s currently installed on our testing theme and will officially launch this Saturday. We’ve already tested it on the test theme, and since it’s powered by AI, we’re confident it will perform even better once it’s live. So far, the experience has been excellent — the support team is outstanding, very responsive, and always willing to accommodate our requests. We asked for quite a lot of customisation, and they set everything up exactly as we wanted. It’s been a real pleasure working with them so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing the full results after launch.

This is a great app. Many settings are available with clear communications to buyers so they understand that the item they are buying is a back order, and the displayed estimated delivery date gives clarity. There is also a pop-up message when they have mixed products in the cart, e.g., in-stock and backorder products, explaining that in-stock products will be shipped immediately and backorder products when restocked. This also helps to avoid potential confusion. On top of that, you can have a backorder badge on the product so it is immediately apparent that it is a backorder. Support agent Jolo was a great help. We had an initial call to discuss app features, and then after installation, he helped me with the settings. Thank you to Jolo and the developers.

It is a perfect and helpful app for managing your feed for ads and free listing. I like that I can only modify product titles and other attributes in the feed for better search results and don't need to change details on the Shopify store product page. Also, support is very responsive. Recently, I had a problem related to tax calculation in Google ads, and they resolved it very quickly. It wasn't their fault; rather, it was associated with Shopify markets and how they calculate VAT. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to manage ads and free listings. There are many different settings available, as well as connections to Facebook, Pinterest, and Bing ads.

It's an excellent app, very well-priced, and has good functionalities. The support was very responsive, and Thanh resolved my problem quickly. I am glad my developer installed this app for us. We use it to collect product reviews and let customers ask questions about a product directly on the product page. We can answer them, and answers stay there for others to see. This helps customers make better decisions when buying the product.

It does what we need it to do. It could be slightly better with added AI functionalities, but it is free, so there are no complaints.

It is the perfect app for our store. We sell computer parts, especially for Mac computers, and this app helps our customers locate the correct spare parts.
