It's quite glitchy. Customers sometimes email me needing help to place an order a different way, because they can't upload the photos, or can't crop them etc.. I feel this would lead to loosing sales when they get fed up and look elsewhere to buy instead. I've tested myself and come across the same issues from time to time. Finally after a few years I am searching for a new app.
This app is amazing! What impressed me the most was the outstanding support team. I encountered an issue due to a conflict with my theme, and they handled it with incredible professionalism. They took the situation very seriously and managed to resolve the problem within just a few days. I couldn't be happier with the level of care and efficiency they provided. We have been using this app for over a year now and it does exactly what we need. They have great customers service and actually listen to customer suggestions. I definitely recommend this company. I was looking for an upload App that my customers could upload images for fine printing. What I liked initially about Mighty Image Uploader was the flexibility in variables such as size, shape, and grayscale (which was critical for my application.) But, then I wanted a few more styling features for the mask cropping and the support folks created them in short time. The support is awesome. The app is deep in capabilities.

You can't see the pictures uploaded by customers in the backend, and there is no customer service to interface with. Hello, Your store is using a third-party custom sticky add-to-cart button and a third-party "Grab this deal" by Qikify feature. Both features override our app and allow customers to place an order without an uploaded image or prevent the image URL from being saved in the order properties. We replied to your emails, explained to you the reason it happened, and offered possible solutions. I contacted Qikify support and they were ready to fix the issue, but you have removed our app. As you can see from our review, we offer great customer support and are always available and happy to help.
App performs as described for our custom print shop and has a great UI and UX for our customers. We needed a custom product option which the support team quickly and efficiently implemented for us. I have been switching customizing apps for my products, I think I have tried all of them. This one is by far the most professional app out there, everything is very user friendly and easy to set up. This app works well for everything I need. I can sell my personalised items easily using this app. If you ever have any issues or questions they are always quick to come back to you and offer help. I would definitely recommend this app

Really good custom service when needed! The app it selfs works fine and let your customers preview theire pictures before purchase.
The app doesn't have thousands features but that's also where the power lies I believe. It does one job which is uploading images and it does it well. It's also very simply to setup and use. My template wasn't nicely with one of the included features (which is pretty normal). To fix it, I needed to get some support. Their response was basically instant and the problem was resolved within a day. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much! Highly recommended to try out.

Great app, allows for multiple image upload + text fields which is what I was looking for. Support is outstanding and they helped me fix a styling issue for my theme. Would highly recommend this app.
Love the ease of use of the app, it's so user friendly both to create upload fields, and using it from the buyers side. I had one concern where at the checkout the customers image was not visible, just a URL, which didn't look great at checkout, makes image seem not secure. I asked if it could be changed but as I'm not a pro merchant, its not possible to change the checkout. I then asked if it's possible to display the image in the cart, but not the checkout, and support added some code to do this in less than 24 hours. Now my site is working amazing and looking as I want it. Overall - App 10/10, Support 10/10. Highly Recommended.
The app is great, it does everything you want in this area, there is nothing better. The support is unique. I have never experienced anything like it. They help you until everything works the way you want it to. I highly recommend this app and the support.

This is a very simple app to use, does what I needed perfectly and the support is outstanding, even on the weekend!
Pretty easy. I do wish they allowed files & not just images, but anything can change. Hard to review apps when anything can change so I didn't want to count a star against them. But as of now, it's only image. I was super impressed with the variant options too. It really offered more than I expected. I recommend.

Been using this for over a year, with no issues. 1.) Very simple & basic for customers to use which is a big plus and 2. ) images can be cropped to specific sizes which is a unique feature. 3.) Image quality is also not compromised when uploaded to and downloaded. 4.) Support is very fast if you ever have questions. Honestly can not say 1 negative thing about it. Thank you Yongyi! :)
After testing a number of options, this is probably one of the best image uploadery apps, great customisability, easy to use, great functions. Had a hiccup with installation because of my theme but installed fine on other themes, and support was quick and fixed it up easily!
I decided to go with this app after browsing around a lot of photo uploader apps. This app is definitely a winner with the input field where my customers can leave a custom request on each photo while other apps are simply a photo uploader only. After installing the app, it didn't sit where I wanted it to be on the product page, so I reached out to the developer and Yongyi was able to fix it within a couple hours I sent the request. And I also asked to remove the crop function since I only need the entire photos from the customers. All of the changes were delivered instantly. I'm so happy with the product and the customer service that Yongyi offers. Thank you so much for your great work and support!! I appreciate you very much!
If you require your customers to upload images with their order then this is the app for you. I am really impressed by the functionality offered and the flexibility in cropping and controlling uploads. Support was also 5 star. These guys are very helpful and stand behind their app.

I have been using this app to build a custom checkout for my products that require customer images to be uploaded. Each product has its own requirements and I have needed some additional help. Yongyi has been amazing to work with and I would strongly recommend this app and his services to anyone.
I used this app to allow customers to add personalisation to they're purchase. It worked well but needed a little tweak to make it work perfectly for me. I contacted customers support and they where fantastic. It now works perfectly for my needs. Highly recommend

We were searching for a while for an app which allows customers to upload their own photos, with a bit more research we found this app and it is so easy to use. This app was a god bless for my company. I have been waiting for several years to allow my customers to upload, display and crop an image and i believe it will work wonders for my company. To be honest I migrated my e-commerce site to Shopify because of this feature and I am not sure I would have been able to do it if it wasn't for the excelent customer service I received to make the widget work with my theme. The app serves its purpose for me. Creator is very accommodating in customizing and adding some more tweaks in the app to make it more useful. I think it's still relatively new so it doesn't have very robust features yet, so I am looking forward to more :)
This is a great simple to use app that has all the basic features needed to upload, edit and approve an image. I had a few custom options that I wanted and emailed the developer.
