Attention to all who want to install this app here! Please pay attention! the app itself is ok, but the support is unfortunately very unfriendly. They try to make money. At this point I would rather take another tracking app from the Shopify store! There are discounts for new customers, but once you are in, it is very unkulant.

I am very sorry but this app is a horror experience for us. We lost a lot of money, support is very slow, I told support how important it is. It took me almost a week now to translate everything with this app. Actually I should take money for the hours of work, you can't imagine how much work it was, the app has errors everywhere and texts are not translated. Since the translation was changed all at once, we had very high Google Ads costs. I despair with this app and really can only strongly advise everyone not to install this app. This app almost broke our entire Shopify store, I even ended up begging support to help us after all, nothing happened. If you wanted to save yourself a lot of stress and aggravation, please do not install this app. Go to the competition, really. For me this app was like a horror movie and I almost lost my mind.

this app doesent work for my store. it does not translate all i need and the translation wasnt good enough. so i would recommend to install another app, especially you are a pagefly user. I cant recommend this app, i got muc problems.

the best app here on the marked for countdown timer. The support is support fast and really good! Can recommend this app for 100%
so, for us it doesent work. Ive installed the app and added the pixelcode... nothing, snapchat said there is no pixel code.

The app is good but for 30 Euro it’s to mich, just for showing cookie bar… we really can’t recommend to buy this app

We have replied back with an offer, can you please check this on your end and get back to us? I'm sure you know how reviews work and to leave two 1-star ones for the same app from two different stores is not the way to go when it comes to honesty here in the Shopify app store, especially when we have been nothing but responsive and ready to help to your inquiry. :) I'm sure that you will do the right thing. :).
This App is outstanding, if you need an app that synch with Google Sheets, dont go with any other app, go with this app. The price is great and the support help you fast and with very nice result, we are totally happy!
i like this app and the support is fast and really friendly. I got a question and it was solved 10 minutes later. Really can recommend this app and this team behind!

i installed it, i configured it right, i added the code... and... it doesent work at all. do i deinstalled the code, i deinstalled the app and wrote this review.
The app is great, it does everything you want in this area, there is nothing better. The support is unique. I have never experienced anything like it. They help you until everything works the way you want it to. I highly recommend this app and the support.
I have choosed this App for my Shopify Store with Pagefly, but it doesent work. I did all th App said but... nothing, no Options are appering.
