Wir nutzen Influence.io als zentralen Bestandteil unseres Treueprogramms in unserem Shop und sind rundum zufrieden. Besonders überzeugt uns, wie flexibel sich das Loyalty-Programm gestalten lässt. So können wir individuelle Anreize schaffen, die zu unserer Marke passen und unseren Kundinnen und Kunden echte Wertschätzung entgegenbringen. Die Plattform ist übersichtlich, bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Individualisierung und lässt sich unkompliziert in bestehende Prozesse integrieren. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Support: Anfragen werden schnell, freundlich und kompetent beantwortet. Insgesamt eine tolle Lösung für alle, die ein modernes und durchdachtes Treueprogramm aufbauen möchten.
Update from March 2026: The app does not add up points correctly. When we add points manually, it sometimes doesn't adjust the total balance. This issue exists since 2 months. They don't seem to care to find a longterm fix. The whole app is extremely buggy. Search takes dozens of seconds sometimes. Updating the review after the developers reply: After they sorted out how to grant us access to what we had paid for, we began installing the app. I thought they'd redeem themselves. I was wrong. It's full of bugs and feels like someone vibe coded the whole thing. In the redeem modal, for example, they show the following completely inconsistent and partially wrong strings in the same view: "CHF1 off every 100 Points" "Redeem 1400 {{pointsCurrency}}" "$14.00 off your shopping cart" How can any of their customers put this in their store and still have shoppers trust them? There are error messages everywhere. The strings don't translate properly. It's a complete mess. Feels like I am playing QA tester for them. Support is basically russian roulette. There's not one agent that will take your case and work through it. You just get whoever is available and then they don't follow up and then Intercom asks you after a few hours "Just checking back in, let us know if there's anything else we can help with." There are many words I would like to use to express my feelings and describe the application but they would probably go against the guidelines here. To influence.io: If you're serious about making things better, have someone from your team send me a direct email and I'll send you the list of bugs with screenshots. I am definitely not going to do all of that through Intercom and then re-explain it over and over to each new agent. Original review: They charged us, but we don't have access to the app. Support doesn't help and is not transparent about what is happening. It's a complete joke. Stay away from this if you can and don't use reviews.io. There are better and cheaper alternatives. We upgraded our reviews.io subscription to include the influence.io "bolt-on". But influence.io keeps showing our tier as "free" and we don't have access to the features even though we were already charged for it! The support is a joke. Every new agent who enters the chat doesn't understand what is happening, and we need to explain it again. They don't follow up on the status, provide proactive updates, or explain what is happening. I even get automated messages from them saying, "Is there anything else we can help you with?". Even though our problem is not solved, they are the ones who should follow up with us. I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience — it’s clear we’ve fallen short, and I want to sincerely apologise for the frustration this has caused you. You’re absolutely right to expect clear communication, consistent support, and access to the features you’ve paid for. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and I’m very sorry we've let you down. We’ve identified the issue on our end, and I can confirm that a fix has now been pushed to restore access to the Influence.io features included in your plan. In addition, we’ve applied a credit to your account as a small gesture of apology for the inconvenience. We appreciate your honest feedback - it helps us improve.
We started using reviews.io a few months ago and the team have been super helpful in getting us set up. We've had a great response from customers so far, integrations with Klaviyo works great and the platform itself is easy to use from an implementation and customer service perspective. Their AI features are brill too!
The price isn't cheap, and honestly, it’s not worth it for what you get. The app added its content across all of my pages — it completely took over my storefront. I reached out to customer support over 3 months ago, and the issue is still unresolved. Even after giving their team full access, they keep asking basic questions instead of just checking things themselves. I really don’t understand why they can’t investigate directly and fix the problem. Very disappointing experience. Great customer service and a very simple platform to use. One or two enhancements could be made i.e. the ability to actually check if someone followed your social channels vs clicking on the link alone
Customer service is great. Trilok was very helpful and quick to respond. I found the answer to my question. The app itself still needs some work but than that it's all good

We installed influence.io because we wanted to introduce a loyalty programme for our customers. The app has a simple structure so that the implementation and customisation of the widgets was easy. The available guides help well with setting up the programme. In addition, the support is quick and satisfactory. For example, they helped us with a bulk update of points for certain customers. We've just implemented influence.io along with reviews.io and impressed so far. We've been able to import points and connect with Klaviyo, Shopify etc. Support have also been really helpful. Well to be honest, Loyalty programs can often be expensive. This one, however, provides a full-fledged solution that's not only correct in terms of prices but also integrates effortlessly with Reviews.io, Klaviyo and Shopify POS. It does have all the generic features you want from a good loyalty app and so fat it works like a charm. Special thanks to the support team that ensured a hassle-free transition. Always had great experiences with these guys and support has always been good as we have had consistency with our account manager kai. if we ever run into issues these have always been quickly resolved.
I have been chatting for over 2 hours, asking for help setting up reviews.io app and influence. The chat was getting me nowhere and sadly they refused to switch to a call or zoom unless I had paid for a professional plan. Not used the app properly yet, however the onboarding service provided by Kai has been amazing. From what we have seen so far, it will allow us to integrate smoothly with our shoplift store, which then also connects to our ReviewsIO platform.
I am new to this program, but I want to let others know that if you have issues, Customer Care really seems to actually CARE. Maddox helped me by syncing my existing client base from Shopify so that my existing customers were able to sign up with ease. I also love the ability to customize emails to the clients with images. That really helps with branding. So far, so good! We're really excited about this program!
Although the reporting is fairly basic and currently lacks detailed data break-downs, I cannot fault the team and their chat function. Within 20 minutes of making query there will always be someone live to help with questions etc and I am always left with a problem solved quickly and efficiently. And today I was informed that the data analytics and reporting is in development to cover the exact questions I was enquiring about today - awesome!

Great loyalty app and so far all relevant features included. Basically very straightforward to set up, but in case of uncertainties or questions the customer support team is absolutely amazing and super helpful!
I believe i was actually the first business to actually begin using Influence loyalty, and we have been using it now for almost a year. It has not been without its challenges and frustrations I would say but overall i am happy, and am hoping that it will continue to improve. What has worked well. Great for integrations with Klaviyo so we can easily communicate our points to customers Good support and onboarding with Jacob on point! Integrates well with Shopify with accurate points balances (it took some time). What has worked less well. No functionality to search for customers by name - have to use email address which is cumbersome and not ideal. (update, this is now available..) Very limited options for customisation on the front end - we had a custom built webpage that now is more basic and not as appealing. Hoping some more styling options will be available. Also the customisation and styling of customer emails needs some attention. Overall I am now happy and look forward to more bells and whistles soon.
I am totally thrilled with the Influence.io LOYALTY product I had previously used Loyalty Lion, Swell, Smile and Stamped for loyalty -- so I have quite a bit of hands-on over the years. Before I talk about what I like about Influence.io, let's look at the name of the app. In my opinion, it's a terrible name. I think they would have done better by calling it something that is NOT "influence" -- because it is about LOYALTY not influence. I have already let the team know my thoughts on this. The product checks all the boxes. I like that points redemptions auto-populate the discount in the cart/checkout I like the dedicated landing page (most stores have enough popups) I like the flexibility. FOR THE MOST PART, my customers can navigate this and take advantage. Unfortunately (for all loyalty apps) Shopify still has *profanity removed by author* when it comes to customer accounts, and despite announcing a new, paswordless login, it does not address the disconnect between a store account and a loyaklty account. IN MY PERFECT FANTASY WORLD, shopify passwordless will embrace loyalty. Summary: Influence.io is a great choice for a loyalty (points) program -- if you are considering others, don't not look at Influence.io (even through its name does not match the product) We’re absolutely thrilled that you’re enjoying the Influence.io loyalty product, especially given your extensive experience with other loyalty platforms. Great loyalty app! Love how it is designed and the back end is very easy to use. There are a few more features that can be added and then it will be perfect! The customer service is unbeatable and they always go above and beyond :)
We have been using reviews.io to collect reviews for years now so decided to give their loyalty & rewards app a try. The app works great and the team is very reliable, quick to answer any questions and help with any technical issues.
