Invoice Hero is a great app. As a B2B company, our customers often ask us for PDF invoices. Invoice Hero is easy and produces great invoices. Support is very good, and they respond quickly.

This app is working well for us. It has reduced my admin time that was spent generating invoices manually. When I needed support to change the heading on our invoices under the basic plan, I received a prompt and helpful response from Yashika. I recommend this app.

We have been using the app for a couple of years now and it is just really easy to use, no hassle and perfect for sending custom invoices. Recently we wanted to send from our own domain and also the support from Harun on that was quick and amazing. Definitly recommended

We’ve been using Invoice Hero in our Shopify store and the experience has been excellent so far. I had trouble editing and printing invoices, which turned out to be a simple popup block fix. Harun helped me solve the problem via a video call, which was really helpful and he managed to fix the issue a lot faster than I would have been able to. Thank you for your assistance Harun.

Super great app. Allows us to send clean, downloadable pdf invoices to customers who request it. We have had very few issues with it, but the few times we have, they are very responsive and helpful, and quickly work with us to get it resolved! Harun was an incredible help and very patient with me as I navigated through their app.

We've been using this app for a while on the free plan but suddenly an issue came up. Contacted the customer service team and they were incredibly quick to reply. Harun was a great help and really reassuring that things were being investigated. Their dev team were also quick to solve the problem and all is now functioning well again. Definitely excellent customer service. And the app itself does what we need which is generate invoices quickly for customers who request them.

This is a really great app! It does everything we need: automated invoices, customizable designs and they can add a VAT field to your store, that makes showing VAT on invoices and managing it so much better. Even though the VAT field is on the cart page (not checkout but that’s a Shopify thing as we are on the Basic plan), it works perfectly and we haven’t had any issues. The customer service is amazing. Harun has been a huge help, and the response time is insanely quick every time. They explain everything clearly, answer all questions and give really helpful advice. Price to quality ratio is just right. Highly recommend! - Olga, Dreadshop

Invoice Hero PDF is an extremely useful and helpful app. It is highly suitable for most merchants. Its configuration is simple and clear, and it is convenient to use. The feedback from users is also very positive. Regarding the technical problems we encountered, it can quickly locate the problems and solve them. We are very grateful for Riya's assistance.
Excellent service here! I called for help in enabling mail sending through my domain. MLVeda were both helpful and responsive; my initial contact 'Harun' was highly proactive in getting the job done! Job done with he minimum of fuss. I just wish everyone were like this.

I am very happy with the app! It really saved me a lot of hustle, I was creating invoices every moth manually. The app is very straightforward but at the beginning I had couple of questions regarding the setting of the app, I could book a free call. Invoice Hero pdf propose les options que je recherchais et que je ne trouvais pas ! Comme par exemple, joindre des documents avec la facture, et choisir le type de numérotation. Wow ! Et le service client est tres reactif et de bon conseil Je recommande vraiment.
