Jam has been incredibly helpful with our setup. I noticed a decline in upsells, and she took the time to walk me through possible reasons behind it, including some platform limitations I wasn’t aware of. She also shared practical suggestions on how we can improve performance and boost upsells moving forward. Really appreciate her support and clear guidance throughout the process

Best support from any app I have used. Gives me data that is extremely easy to understand and take action from. The tracking has greatly improved our ad performance
Fees for the app are crazy!! ROI on it is minimal. Can get more features at a lower cost with other apps. The only advantage it has is all in one platform. Overall experience is rather poor. Wouldn't recommend. And to make it worse, they still charged me even when I cancelled.

Just installed IndexGPT and the experience has been really smooth so far. Mário explained the setup clearly and made everything easy to understand. Once the tools are activated and GA4 is connected, the app pretty much runs on its own, which is great. He also gave me access to the LLM Sentiment Analysis, which feels genuinely useful for understanding how AI is viewing the store. Excited to explore it more and see how the tools continue to improve.
Horrible customer service and support. I first had the app installed because I used Marpipe. I've run into multiple issues recently, which there support just don't understand. Tried to explain multiple times, but failed to accomodate a 5min video hook up so I could go over it in detail.

Without doubt, my favourite AOV APP on Shopify. I tried Rebuy, but this is a game changer for AOV and many other cool features. The support is amazing, and the ROI using the app is the best.
So far so good! Very easy to use - Straightforward and simple! Anne from support was amazing when I reached out with a question - she was quick, helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend the app!
