Love how easy it is to get good looking reviews and set up flows.
Awesome and so easy! You added to my life when you added to my business!
Incredibly easy to set up for a non computer minded person, great!
Great customer focused team. Its a lightweight review platform with all of the essential features and no bloat that drives up costs. The team is great. We had a small feature request and they built and deployed it within a week. I was shocked.
Ease of use is outstanding. Incredibly intuitive. Knows what i want to do and makes it easy to set up. Loving it. Keep it awesome!
Really happy with this review app so far. The setup was straightforward, and the review request flow makes it much easier to collect feedback from customers. I especially like the mobile-friendly experience because customers can leave reviews quickly without jumping through too many steps. The review widgets also look clean on our storefront and don’t feel out of place with the design. Overall, it’s simple to manage, looks professional, and has helped us make better use of customer reviews as social proof.
Aunque recién la estoy probando la impresión es muy buena y es sencillo de gestionar, aunque se agradecería la traducción al español.
Love junip, its great for my store and easy for my customers to use, thanks for a great product!
Best review app out there! By far the cleanest UI and on-site displays. We switched from Klaviyo reviews and are already collecting way more reviews. Was super easy to set-up and the team is amazing. 10/10 recommend!
Junip is a great product and we are excited to use it to connect with our online audience and support our customers' needs.
I loved how responsive the staff is in helping me integrate the app with my page. The reviews that customers are able to submit are authentic and helps build brand trust.
