Recently switched to this app from another ebay sync app and wish I had done this sooner! The app is very straightforward and easy to use and they provide fantastic support. I asked for a tweak to the way automated exports work for our store and they custom coded it just for us, free of charge. Highly recommend!

So happy we switched! Used Freshdesk for years and Gorgias is much better. The AI agent is great and handles many tickets without human intervention at all.

Simple, straightforward app that just works. Set up one time and not worry about it again.
Great app and great support. Flexible enough to automatically ignore certainly order types if you want (Amazon, etc.) and the reporting turned out to be more accurate than the reporting from Shopify. Have also recently started using their auto-filing service and happy with that as well!
Great app. Full featured and support is quick to respond and helpful. Even customized some settings for us!

Tried a few product filter apps and this one allowed the most customization. Had one minor issue with our theme and support fixed very quickly!
Great app - very easy to use and versatile. So much better than using the native Shopify csv uploads.
