Great app! Love the video addition to our website which is helping with driving our conversion rate higher!
Great app, easy to setup, import and tag, and add to site. THe pricing structure is so much more straightforward. We moved to Moast as other apps just trying to do too much, overcomplicating things, adding AI when it's not needed. The team is very responsive. Would recommend.
Love this app! We were paying a lot more for an app that did something similar but this one looks so much better is really easy to use and most of all affordable for buisnesses. Customer service has been amazing from Steve who helped add a feature i requested last week in a matter of days!
Great app experience. Easy to setup and understand. Excited to keep diving into what it can provide, but an easy recommend to install.
We are absolutely loving this app and seeing amazing results. Mark is amazing at listening to our feedback and implementing changes so fast! We love this app partnership
Extremely happy with Moasts App. Mark, the founder, jumped on a call to answer our questions directly. We're saving heaps since migrating from our old app and couldn't be happier so far.
Easy to work with, and helps our business! A lot of great features too
This is such an amazing platform and such a cost-friendly option. It has really elevated our website and directly influenced so many sales. Not only that, but their team is top-tier. So helpful and friendly, and they built everything out for us. 10/10 experience!!
Works great, and active development makes it even better
Awesome support! They helped me to setup and reel videos on the page looks fancy and solid, they work without any bugs or crash I tried other app and reels always crashed, but this app is very professional, thank you so much for developers and costumer support!
Great experience due to the ease of integration with key ecommerce platforms like Klaviyo. The UX is seamless, and we've been able to improve the look and feel of our product detail pages.
Amazing app! It was exactly what I needed, and the customer support has been outstanding. Steve was incredibly quick to reply, answered every question I had, and helped me get everything set up and running smoothly. So happy with the app and the support. I can’t recommend it enough!
Really great features and intuitive to use. Check out the option to let people upload UGC in Moast Collect too! As a Shopify Partner I've installed this app in a number of clients stores and haven't hit any issues at all.
Great app, great founders! I reached out for a call because I felt I wasn’t using the app to its full potential. Mark took the time to walk me through it and recommended a few actions to implement. I followed his recommendations and already generated $100 in less than 48 hours! The app is really great, and the support from the founders makes it even better. Highly recommended!
Mark was great in helping with the initial set up and for all the questions our team had! Very excited to work with the Moast team and continue to grow!! Thank you Mark!!
Moast has been a wonderful new addition to our store! I'm so pleased to get more use out of the videos that we already put so much effort into. Mark was so helpful in setting up our widgets on the homepage. I love that I can also add them into product pages via tagged products.
Great app! Worked well for our website carousels. Easy to code in for Shopify themes that do not support drop-ins with the app as well!
Great app! Easy to use with great features. Great proactive team. And best of all, Canadian!
Great app! easy to use, great customer service. I have generated sales from the videos used. It's so good that you can see the analytics!
Amazing app! I absolutely love it. It offers excellent support and a wide range of features. Highly recommended!
Moast has been a great addition to our store. Setup was quick and the shoppable video carousels look polished without slowing down our page speed. Support has also been responsive whenever we've had questions. Highly recommend it if you're looking to add UGC or shoppable video to your site.
Absolutely fabulous customer service! The app works better than expected, and we received the best support to set it up. The videos are shoppable and easy to switch out ourselves. I highly recommend Moast.
Really great app. You can easily add content from your Instagram & Tiktok feeds plus other sources. Even with the free version, you can create multiple feeds (so we have one with more educational content on our blog area, and one with tagged content elsewhere etc). I needed some help with styling, but they were really helpful via the chat and quickly got it sorted for me.
Great App, support is responsive and helpful if you need it.
Mark was very helpful in explaining how the app works and they helped also to implement an Instagram reel on to our theme. Thank you again
We recently switched from Tolstoy to Moast, and the experience has been fantastic. The Moast team helped us migrate more than 200 videos and had everything live in just a matter of minutes. Their support has been exceptional throughout the process, and I especially love how easy it is to customise and edit the widget directly within the Shopify theme editor.
Moast has been a fantastic and powerful platform for us so far. It offers great value for the price, and we’ve already been really happy with the results we’re seeing. Mark was incredibly helpful throughout the setup process. He took the time to teach us how to use the platform, helped us get everything up and running, and was very responsive to every question we had. Overall, we’ve had a great experience with Moast and would definitely recommend it.
So far so good. The app is pretty easy to use without a subscription. I added in a carousel myself. But we were contacted by Mark shortly after. He asked if we wanted to have them update our website with more Moast features keeping with best practices and we decided it was worth the subscription cost to have him do more of the initial setup. There is a free trial also. They set it up quickly and are very responsive to emails.
The app works as described haven’t had any issues integrating it
Professionalism, responsiveness and approachability are only a handful of what I experienced working with MOAST! Thank you for excellent service!
The setup and integration of this app was seamless! The Moast team, especially Mark, were definitely - the Moast helpful when I had questions. The app blends in seamlessly with our platform and is very enticing to customers as it clearly shows a carousel of items available to purchase below each reel. I would definitely recommend this app for the price, integration, and ease of use. Cora - Founder & CEO, PreLoved & Luxe
Just installed Moast about 1 month ago. The price was very reasonable. It is super easy to install and upload or "drag and drop" videos or instagram reels even for someone who isn't savvy with apps like me. Mark has been very responsive and helpful to any questions I have. I'm VERY pleased with the whole process. I'm loving how the shoppable videos also look on my website customized to my preferance. A great experience! As a small business owner, I highly recommend Moast.
Mark was great at helping me get everything set up in my store! Making my posts and videos shoppable has become easy with Moast! Thank you for your help. I'd definitely recommend this app.
Exceptional service, the team were so helpful. Highly recommend.
Moast has been great. Easy to use. Carousels looks great. Awesome shoppable videos option and many bonus features we weren't aware of.
I have loved using this app so far, it looks great visually and allows people on my website to see the pieces in action. Thank you!
Can't complain about Moast. Easy to use and great customer service.
Great app, makes it easy to import social and UGC videos and great value free plan
Moast has exceeded our expectations as a shoppable UGC platform. The platform is very user-friendly, making it easy for our team to implement and manage without issue. Their features are both robust and thoughtfully designed, allowing us to quickly integrate high-quality UGC into our shopping experience. On top of that, their customer service is exceptional! It’s rare to find a platform that delivers both strong functionality and such a high level of partnership!
