The feature settings are more user-friendly, including detailed settings that other Loyalty app doesn't provide. Customer service is responsive and very kind.

Smile's customer service is great. We hope to offer varied points-to-discount redemption options for each VIP tier in the future, allowing each tier a different maximum discount achievable through points.

We encountered an issue where the default 'Chatty: Livechat' icon overlapped our 'Wishlist' button at the bottom right corner.
