Not only does this app work but the support was excellent. I had a problem with a merchants site not grabbing all the details of the feed correctly, they were pretty hopeless in responding, thankfully Ivanna at Mulwi, persisted with resolving the issue until it was done and staying in touch with me throughout. Can't really rate this kind of service highly enough. The Value is in far more than the functionality of the app.

Excellent support from Ivana. She not only resolved our feed issue, but also went the extra mile by checking our Google Merchant Center setup. In doing so, she identified an unrelated shipping configuration problem that we had overlooked. This allowed us to correct our country targeting and prevent further issues. GREAT APP! Easy to setup. I have NEVER worked with feeds and have no idea how to do the data so I downloaded the app and are superhappy! It was so simple to do step by step and when the feed was done it was really simple to correct the errors we had and now everything is working great. It was also superfast and easy to get them to send me a feed for one of our partnersites so it feels like well spent money. I really recommend them

Simple to use, a comprehensive feature set and great support. Not the cheapest (we're on Shopify Plus) but you get what you pay for - we trialled a cheaper app which was clunky and incomprehensible. Mulwi has an intuitive interface and does everything we need, including pulling in product and variant metafields. The feed templates can be fully customised so that both the field names and content can be set as required, with the Liquid field names being obtained through a simple, searchable list. Each field can be previewed with real values from a selected product so you know you're choosing the right thing. Support is prompt and helpful and it's great to be dealing consistently with the same human being - Ivanna - rather than a call centre or AI bot. Highly recommended.
