Super support: Had a suggestion/wish for my stores cart design, that was not in the regular setup. Within 30 min adjustmend was done with great support from Hamish and Dev Mia.
We use EGO for our cart drawer: free shipping bar, upsells and separate carts per country. I contacted support because I wanted a gift option with a message field that shows only when the gift add-on is on. Alex answered the same day, confirmed it is possible, and showed me how the gift order looks in the Shopify admin, so we can filter and pack those orders easily. Clear answers, no runaround.

Muy contenta con el soporte de Ego Cart. Tenía un problema de visualización en el carrito en la versión móvil (el precio se cortaba y se veía mal) y el equipo de soporte me ayudó a solucionarlo rápido y sin complicaciones. Muy recomendable tanto la app como su atención al cliente.
Super Funktionen, nutzen es für unseren Fashionshop. Sehr umfangreiche Funktionen, die ich nicht mehr missen mag und wenn man mal was nicht richtig eingestellt hat, Hamish vom supportteam und das dev team kümmern sich wirklich super schnell um hilfe! Es funktioniert mit unseren Theme ebenfalls problemlos und auch Wünsche und Anregungen werden vom dev team ernst genommen. Danke für die tolle App!
Alex and developer KHANG assisted me on the live chat and within minutes the issue was resolved. With this app our website is clear and easy to use for customers and we can easily upsell too!

Quest'app è davvero utile per molte funzionalità che il carrello base non permette di avere. Soprattutto le promozioni sugli upsell sono ottime!

Happy with the help i receive from Opus. I'm using their cart design for my business and im happy with it. Run into a couple of problems with some of the feature's but they quickly responded fixing the issue.
Excellent support and a wonderful team! Vivian, Lee, and Keng (the developer) were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They patiently assisted us through multiple revisions and made sure all our requirements were properly understood and implemented. They were very supportive, responsive, and patient from start to finish, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Buena experiencia y tiene buena pinta, me falta ayuda en el soporte más ágil para completar las recompensas y los tramos, que tengo dudas y no acabo de configurarlo bien.

Vivian and developer Khang were amazing to work with. They helped me migrate to the new cart in a very short amount of time and were incredibly patient with all the requests we needed to replicate from our older Smart Cart theme. They always responded promptly whenever I had questions and fixed bugs immediately after I were reported. The only small downside is that the app currently doesn’t have a free GWP auto-apply feature. I really hope this gets patched soon — if it does, this app would easily be a 200/100. Overall, I can’t express how much I appreciate their support, and their pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
