After several days without any update, we contacted the developer directly but did not receive any response. While we understand that server outages can happen, the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. As a business relying on this functionality, this situation is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on customer support. Dear customer, We are still waiting for the problem to be resolved. The Amazon servers on which MongoDB runs in the UAE are still not working due to an infrastructure-related issue in the region. We use both Sami Lock and Sami Wholesale as we have consumers and resellers together on our site. We have closed individual pages with Sami Lock and also made Pro products unavailable for purchase. We have also assigned different tags to different customer groups via the app and implemented tag-dependent prices. The support team provided us with very fast and uncomplicated assistance. Highly recommended.
