Personizely: A/B Testing

A very solid tool for improving our conversion rate. We started with basic A/B tests and have gradually expanded how we use the platform. Shipping testing has been particularly useful for testing different offers and finding what works best for our customers. The team is also very responsive and open to feedback.

Personizely is super straight forward to use for A/B testing different product page designs, minor tweaks like changing copy, colours or elements and much more. Whenever I had any issues, the support helped me out straight away in no time. They even prepared small video recordings to help me with my exact issue.

We've been using Personizely for several months and the experience have been great overall. They have the best support team, they're super helpful with all questions, always solution oriented and find a way to make things work for whatever you're trying to test. Also, dashboards and overall UI is easy and clean which is a great plus.

We tested multiple CRO apps and Personizely ended up being the best. Both from functionality of the app as well as their team's service and responsiveness. User interface is clean and intuitive. We were able to conduct multiple tests that raised our CRO and made a material difference to our bottom line. Great app and great team. Very user friendly interface with lots of features and charts so you can dissect the results of each test in different ways, and the team is continuously launching new features and very open to feedback from users to help find ways to continue improving the platform.

Easily the best A/B testing app on the Shopify App Store. It has all the features other apps offer, but it’s more affordable, more stable, and significantly easier to use. Plus, the customer support team is top-notch.

Whilst I am new to the app in general, Silvano has provided me literally, probably, the best Shopify app support I can recall receiving. So far I also do love everything the tool has to offer and it's very easy to use. If you are in the market for a tool like this one, I cannot see how you can go wrong here.

I can honestly only rate the customer support so far because I've only been using the app since a few hours. But man, they are really giving their best to make things work for me. Otherwise, the app offers a clean, intuitive and easy to use dashboard. 1st campaign is up and running and collecting valuable data after a few minutes of using it.

I've been using this for well over a year and find it to be excellent. Easy to set up and tune popups for different markets, types of buyer, pages landed on etc. Clear results too.

There is so much you can do with the Personizely app, I feel I haven't used it to it's full potential yet but their support team is very helpful at showing how to use the app.

I am using Personizely for six months now I and I consider it absolutely worth it. It is not the cheapest option but it fills every need that I can think of. Here are some things that make this app unique: - you can add multiple forms in multiple ways (pop up, bars, embed) and in each one of theme you can add multiple options (like buttons, subscribe forms, countdown timers, free shipping progress calculator - amazing, right?) - you can choose triggers, places where they will show up, include or exclude geographic locations - you can immediately apply a discount code when people subscribe so they will make the purchase right away without getting lost trying to find the code - it adds the subscribers to your email marketing provider and create a new segment so you can run a full workflow for each subcription site And this is only for list building. They have a lot of other options (like cross selling and so) that I didn't even try yet but that I believe that add a lot to the app. Oh and the support time is 5 stars. I highly recommend this app.

This is really an amazing app. The design is great and helped me immediately to increase average order value. But apart from this, what's really superb is the support you're getting. In my case, from Sergiu. An onboarding call was scheduled, and many questions have been answered swiftly and accurately in the meantime. Fantastic app. Once you start getting into building the widgets, it all makes sense and is very intuitive. Whats better is the service. Sergiu on support was fantastic in sorting out all my settings that I had done incorrectly, which meant that my subscribers had been dwindling for a few months. He spent a lot of time explaining and checking everything for me and sorting it all out. Thank you!

I am using the app since a while now and find it very useful. Our products are complex and customers can overlook easily text written in the description, but with the pop ups that doesnt happen anymore. And customer service is really amazing!

App is great and really acts as a virtual sales rep in a sense. The platform makes setup and implementation of ideas and strategies extremely easy and just a few clicks away for so many different types of templates and widgets.

I do not know what to say honestly. I am working at a marketing agency in Hungary, and we use the Personizely for many of our clients. The best personalization sofware that we have ever used, generating millions of extra revenue for our clients. And we still have not used all of the functions of Personizely. Besides their chat support is the best! :D

We have been in business for 7 years and this is our first review. This is app is excellent. Period. We came to this app for email list building (entrance pop-up). Before that we tried and used most existing solutions on the Shopify App store. We are now also using Personizely for cross-sell pop-ups (after add to cart and before check-out) and abandoned carts (triggered on exit intent). It just works. The user interface is clear; you can go from an out of the box template and then add very extensive and in-depth customizations. Our preferred feature is A/B testing: test up to 5 variations and clearly see which one is preforming the best. We recently started to use the "personalization" feature, opening a whole new world by enabling us to customize shopper experience. Basically, you can show a totally different store, to different shoppers. The cross-sell and abandoned cart popups pay for the app and more. Now the best part is the support. These guys must sleep with the support chat window open... The app is super easy to set up but can also do very complex and powerful stuff: so we needed help several times. We always received knowledgeable, quick and clear answers. Talk about accountability? they send you the chat transcript right away...! You can also have a chance to chat with the founder...

This app is doing exactly what I need and looks good doing it. I checked out a few apps, this one is a little more expensive but worth every penny. The interface is very easy to use. I was able to make a pop up, customized to our brand in minutes and it blended in seamlessly to our style. But even more important than that is the amazing customer service! Sergiu went above and beyond helping me... our website has some very specific needs. He actually built a customization into the app for us!
