We’ve been using AddressHero for over a year now and it’s become an essential part of our store setup. The app reliably catches address issues like missing house numbers or formatting errors right at checkout, which has saved us countless hours of manual follow-up and reduced failed deliveries significantly. Setup was quick, and we haven’t had to touch it since – it just works. Highly recommended for any store that ships regularly and wants to avoid unnecessary support cases and delivery delays.

I can honestly only rate the customer support so far because I've only been using the app since a few hours. But man, they are really giving their best to make things work for me. Otherwise, the app offers a clean, intuitive and easy to use dashboard. 1st campaign is up and running and collecting valuable data after a few minutes of using it.

Awesome, very helpful. We use it mainly for post-purchase surveys on the thank you page ("how did you hear about us", "why did you buy product XYZ") and overall purchase satisfaction sent automatically via email ("how satisfied are you with your recent purchase"). It's reasonably easy to use but most of all, it's just really reliable and versatile. We made some of our core business decisions based on the survey results we received through this app. Oh and the founder Jason is just awesome! He helped me every time I had a question with in-depth support.

Beware of fraud! We printed 10,000 postcards (to be added to parcels during fulfilment) with a QR code that links to this App. Now, a few months after installing, they change their pricing and want to charge up to 20% (!!!!) commission on referrals. Their only new plan with no commissions costs 150 USD per month (after an arbitrary 50% discount is applied). This is so unheard of, it should cause Shopify to ban the app. If they were to offer any reasonable pricing tiers, I wouldn't complain - they have to make money somehow, maybe 1-3%. We're talking about hard earned, organic word-of-mouth referrals here. But this pricing system is a scam and downright fraudulent.

Suuuuuuuper simple. Very impressive. Friendly and efficient support, as everyone in the reviews has already noted. Rather than trying to solve it myself, I paid 350$ and all is done. Perfect deal! PS: My techy ads-manager is very happy with the clean results, as well.

Fantastic. Tried to hire a dev team a few months ago to do the same job - unsuccessfully. This app works flawlessly (once setup properly by the dev team, they were nice enough to assist). It has a very simple UX and is set up in 1 minute. Will keep it!

First of all, the App is extremely helpful. We were dealing with the problem of having both unfulfillable orders waiting for new stock to arrive and orders that could be fulfilled right away. The app helped us in tagging orders that could be fulfilled right away. Second of all, the customer support is truly outstanding. Quick & simple. As far as I can tell, it only works for product images, not for store-wide images (homepage sliders, ...). But it's free, so I won't complain. Thanks!
