Support has been very good so far. Have not had a chance to try it out yet as the configuration is still a work in progress.
App did not work when installed. Once tech support was contacted, they quickly resolved the issue, PLUS they created a new template for my collections so they could use EasyTabs too! Highly recommended!

Beware. Expensive setup then a very limited time after which they charge you again if any changes are needed. Again new charges are quite expensive. They did okay getting it set up initially, but after they wanted to charge me again, I deleted the app.
Fatima was superb and patient working with me. Checked to see that everything is working well. I highly recommend this app!

Does not allow you to see what you're changing before completing the change. Hello, You can preview a product, collection, etc. before modifying it to see the changes. Indeed, for performance reasons, we cannot display all the changes that will be made to products, collections, etc.. Sincerely

This app worked great with my prior sub 2.0 theme. It stopped working after I upgraded to a 2.0 theme. Once I contacted support, they had it fixed within an hour. Super service!
So far, it's working great. I had a little trouble getting my first flow to work properly, but after a bit on tinkering, it seems to be working well.

Would be a good app if it actually blocked bad customers. All it does is email an alert which is easy to miss prior to processing the order.
App works great! I've seen a noticeable increase in orders from overseas. Customer service is superb too!

Exactly what I needed. Allows me to see items that have been added to cart even if customer abandons before entering their information which allows me to quickly identify product pages that may not be working properly.
I've never left a 5 star review this quickly. After they set this up for me, my analytics began working beautifully! Now, I just need to find out all the different ways I can utilize the tag manager. I am very impressed with the service and functionality of this app!
Works well. Took a little more time than I thought because I needed to integrate it with Mail Chimp, but very happy for now. Support was reasonable fast and efficient.
