Works well and the support team is top notch! We really enjoy using their app and we hope to find it's limits soon! (as in - to list as much as the platform can handle). So far we have around 400 auctions running daily, without any issues.

Very easily integrated with other webkul services

Product Auction made running auctions on my Shopify store super easy — even though I'm no tech expert. Bids update live, and there are fun options like proxy and penny/popcorn bidding that got people excited. I liked the joining fee and ban tools because they helped cut down on fake bids. Winners can be auto‑charged which saved me a headache, and it supports multiple currencies/languages. Uploading lots of items with CSV was simple, and the widgets looked good on my site. Support was helpful when I had questions. Definitely worth trying if you want to add auctions without a lot of fuss.

I installed the Webkul Product Auction app for a one-time auction event, and the overall functionality was very smooth and easy to use. The app provides clear settings for base price, reserve price, and increment gaps, making it suitable for both simple and more customized auction formats. It also works reliably on the storefront, and the bidding interface displays exactly as expected. Although we initially planned to use it for only one product, the experience has made us consider adding more auction-style products in the future. Webkul has been great in providing regular, helpful support when we've needed it, and they're also working on a number of bespoke developments for us so that our Multi Vendor Marketplace works exactly how we need it to. There are regular updates as they are constantly improving the platform and they're receptive to feedback. I'd highly recommend choosing them!

Had a rocky start, but stayed in communication with the Webkul folks, they figured out which part of their code was creating an error on our site - and they were quick to get it fixed and updated. I've found the interface is easy to use, and they have options that aren't included in any of the other auction apps - an essential bonus for us. Very happy to have this as part of our store now.

After testing all three auction apps available in Shopify's app store, I found Product Auction to be the best. As many of the reviews indicate, the developer's support was needed to run the app. They gave me great support to fix the issues that were probably theme related. It would be even much greater if the setup manual was more detailed, especially for the front end configuration. Editing code is often very tricky and the liquid files and templates vary depending the theme used. Some of the customization can be easily and safely done by Online Store 2.0 features. If you encounter any issues when installing the app that you find difficult to resolve on your own, please do not hesitate to ask developer's support. They are highly skilled and talented and can provide you with solutions.

I have not had the chance to use the app yet but the customer service is wonderful. I contacted support, asked for a one on one meeting, and was talking to Ayush Kansal within the hour. He was able to answer all of my questions, guide me through some of the setup process and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests. We will give the app a review once we have the opportunity to run a few auctions.

I love this app. Our store has used it for a few years now. The tech customer service has always been good, but now the responses are even more timely. (The time zone issues seem to have been resolved.)

Takes some time to configure and understand how the app works . It is limited but short of paying out BIG BIG bucks for full on custom code what you gonna do ? If you need a website with aucitons on a budget i would defo consider this app as a starting point. Support do get stuff done. I suggest speaking with them up front . Do not lone ranger it haha :) We have this app fully running with weekly auctions . Does the job :)

Okay, so I had this idea to do a monthly auction and help our customers that wanted to turn some of the their shelf queens into cash. I signed up for this app not expecting much - and I was wrong! This app works really well. It was easy to set up; and when I needed help these guys supported it. I have been running monthly auctions for 6 months now and my customers love it. This has been a terrific addition to my business. Who knew?
