As an internal user within our company, my review is based on hands-on daily use of this app within our Shopify workflow. Overall, the app has been very supportive and is well integrated with Shopify, within the limitations of the platform. Henry has been attentive, responsive, and open to feedback, actively listening to companies and working to incorporate requested enhancements into the app. Within Shopify orders, the app makes refund processing management very efficient. It also provides the ability to set refund amounts and send them directly to customers. While Shopify’s limitations around code access still require some manual documentation, the process is still streamlined and easy to manage. That said, the iziGift app does allow direct access to gift card codes when they are issued through the app rather than through an order. This eliminates the need for manual tracking or recording of codes, which is a significant improvement in efficiency. I am hopeful that future Shopify enhancements will provide even greater access to gift card data, allowing iziGift to further expand its integration and functionality. Overall, the app continues to show strong potential, and future updates could make it even more user-friendly and customer-focused. Thank you so much for this kind and detailed review. Every time I use the bot to help make a flow, it says its made but you can never find it. What is the point of this is it doesn't work?

Just what we needed. Originally we didn't have that many bundles to make but as we started seeing the effects of having bundles easily for customers to just click on the "add to cart" button we noticed we need to work on more things. We did upgraded to be able to have the bundle list and the direct link to the bundle itself to make it easier to advertise and direct customers to it. Instead of just saying, go to the product and scroll down. Thank you very much for this app!

So far so good! Easy to install! Friendly and quick response from support! Douglas has been really helpful with answering questions and resolving any issues that came up.

Set it up in 30 minutes with Leo fixing my mistakes. Will be terrific for our customers.

We had to contact support due to our theme being custom. They where fast at responding and getting it up and running. This app is a big need as we have first time customers submitting fraudulent chargebacks and stating that they didn't read out policies, so it's our fault. Now with this, they are agreeing that they did read and we can now safely counter these chargeback claims.

Just the app I was looking for! We send customers invoices to pay for their pre-orders. Some customers don't always get their emails, so the best way is for them to have access to the invoices made for them. We have a custom theme and the manual install didn't push the correct display. Contacted in and Axel replied right away and corrected the display. I asked if they can add reservation time stamps to display if the invoice has it, and they sure did. Thank you so much!

Amazing service and support - fixed my issue in minutes. I am really please with this application - forced to move when Shopify dropped support for eBay and I should've moved sooner.

Works perfectly! It allow us to add additional customization to our products. While it does create product entries for this additions, it makes sure it isn't displayed in our store front. Support where fast at responding and getting our issue sorted out with our purchased theme.

Works very well, as advertised, plus the help is terrific - answered all of our questions and helped us set it up.

We switched to this app as our previous pre-order app stopped working and wasn't marking things for pre-order. We installed this app and reached out to have the coding sorted as our theme was a custom theme. Andrei replied right away helping get things sorted and explaining what he had done to make things work. We also asked him to help us get a huge chunk of our items into the pre-order listing and he did! Greatly appreciate Andrei assistance in getting the app running smoothly for us. I highly recommend this app + the amazing support.

This app has help reduce a lot of contacts. Our website is pre-order based and a lot of orders are old, when it comes down to paying for them the old address is present. Sending a payment request doesn't allow the customer to update the address (which I find odd). However, once they pay for it the order status page has the "address updated" button from this app. Customers are also able to update the address for this open orders via the account page which is a plus! I highly recommend this app for stores that have orders that take longer than a month to fulfill.

Okay, so I had this idea to do a monthly auction and help our customers that wanted to turn some of the their shelf queens into cash. I signed up for this app not expecting much - and I was wrong! This app works really well. It was easy to set up; and when I needed help these guys supported it. I have been running monthly auctions for 6 months now and my customers love it. This has been a terrific addition to my business. Who knew?

We sell relatively high priced ticket items. With an average sale of over $400, we have been amazed at how many of our customers take advantage of this app on our Shopify store. It works flawlessly and with their admin terminal feature we can see all of the details as to what happened on every order. This app has done more for our business than any of the apps we have installed. You need to try it. PS - If you happen to be one of our competitors, it's awful - don't try it!

We are currently testing out the free version of the plan (manual resize). However, we are looking to upgraded to get everything automatic since we are a big store. One of the suggestions for now is to allow search for product name in addition to the file name. - Support mentioned that they will look into implementing that option soon.

This app has made printing and generating barcodes for products a lot easier for us. We previously where manually making the barcode labels for the products which would take more time than needed. Typos and mistakes where often made. As well as having to save every single label...which isn't at all helpful when you have over 1000+ products! The file is generated into a pdf file, which allows us to use are Zebra label printer to print out this labels. This app is a game changer for us and hope to see some improvements down the line. Things that I would wish to see this app implement in the future are: - to allow custom label sizes to be entered and saved. - to allow the transfer page to have a print label button available. this way as the product has been approved. hitting print labels for those items and the quantity shown would help get those labels placed on the product right away. - To allow the title as a 2nd sub to become "..." if to long instead of being removed completely. - For it to be able to display the compared price if the price is different. That way it displays a sale or price reduction instead of just showing the sale price. Example: $15.00 was $20.00 (I would recommend making this a separate option to allow the seller to choose the old version or this version) - Add a setting menu to allow us to choose for it to auto generate barcodes as products are made or to leave it turned off to how it currently is now. This would allow sellers that make their own product or just need the barcodes for internal use to get them made right away.
