Great idea but there are so many bugs which makes this app really hard to use. For example, when you make a post about a video chosen from your library, the correct video plays on the "video tab" but on the "post tab" it plays a totally different video. There are many more small bugs which makes it hard to use. Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on the app. We really appreciate it. We're sorry to hear you had trouble. サブスク課金サービスを同社の定期購買に移行し、合わせて申込フォームも同社のコムチャット(Com Chat)というチャット形式のものに移行しました。 決め手は、「定期購買」と「Com Chat」を合わせて導入することで、サブスク商材の申込もチャット上で申込～チェックアウトまで完結できて、離脱率を下げられる点です。 チャットのシナリオもユーザーが自由に変更できるしUIもシンプルで操作しやすい点も良いです。 何より顧客対応が迅速・丁寧で最後まで安心して導入できました。

It is easy to use and has many features. I think it's a good app. I think it would be nice if you could insert a chat app into the app and provide real-time support.
