Had a glitch on my end, support helped and it works great now.
Javid helped resolve an issue I was having with applying fees within 12 hours. Credit to him and his team for getting this done in a timely manner and explaining everything to me in a way I could wrap my head around.
Good app, it allows me to add the fees for tariff collection for US based customers and functions as needed. Support has always resolved issues in a timely manner and has always responded to all support requests through their chat feature.

The app itself does exactly what we need it to do and at a reasonable price. We did have a bug with the app but customer support were quick to respond to our message, explain what the issue was in detail and resolved it very quickly.
Excellent support from Javid! He got back to me straight away regarding an issue with our fees not activating at checkout and resolved it immediately, despite it being outside normal office hours. Really impressed with the quick response and excellent service. Thank you!

There was a coding issue when I set up the Upcharge App. But Javid was great at fixing it and got us up and running super quick!
Super simple to set up with excellent support. The application is easy to use, integrates well, and offers plenty of flexibility.
We faced a tech issue with this app and our site (which usually work fine together) but they were extremely fast and responsive to the issue Javid specifically was great to work with, 2 thumbs up!

The app stopped working for me (user error due to a theme update) and Zia from support was very helpful in getting it back up and running for me. It's very helpful being able to customize fees so thoroughly, especially with the headache of tariff fees being introduced. Very useful app and good customer support.

Excellent customer service. We had an issue in the coding that the app was not making a fee show up correctly in the cart. Javid and the team found the issue, sent me the custom CSS, and guided me where it needed placed and solved our issue. I wish more companies would have the kind of service that was provided to us like UC Lab LLC.

We have had this app on our store for some time and while it always gave us a good service working around the Shopify shortcomings, at some point some fees would just not show anymore. After talking to the support team found out that a new system was in place, cleaner, more effective and it was just a matter of creating the fees again. Special thanks to Javid who guided us thru the changes needed and was able to sort all of our issues promptly

The Order Surcharge & Product Fees app works well for us. We did hit a theme incompatibility issue but their dev team was quick to rectify the situation.
I absolutely love the Upcharge App. I’ve been using it for over 6 years now and its allowed me to open up a new channel of sales by offering a rush service option for my products. Not only have I been able to earn extra income, the team (shout out to the Devs and Javid) have been so incredible and open to new features and listened to all my feedback. Recently they sent out an email asking if there was anything I could think of that they could do and improve on. Not only did they listen to my idea, the devs were like ninjas and installed it on my site!! And they are so fast, they finished it in less than 24 hours. I went to check the code myself and the documentation and instruction in the code was next level. Very through, explained how it worked and what it could and could not do. They are the best, you will not regret installing this on your store. If you have questions just reach out to them, they are true gems.

I need an App to add extra handling fees at checkout, this was perfect app for me and it does not require me to subscribe to shopify high price plan or a yearly plan and I really appreciate their customer support " Javid " Later I needed to modify my product page to remove express checkout, they have an easy chat button i used and the AI was trying to help me but it was difficult for me to understand how to do this tech things, immediately Javid noticed that I was struggling with AI, so he jumped into the chat and within 2 min the problem was solved, I don't give 5 stars to any app, but honestly he earned it.

It works in Canada, specifically for the Alberta import fees on wine. I had to call support because I didn't know how to test this. Support was responsive and pleasant.

It’s essential for the U.S. tariffs. When I was having trouble with the app, their support was amazing. Thank you, Angie and Evgeniya! Don’t hesitate to reach out to the team—they’re incredibly kind and helpful. One pro tip from me: when testing the app, make sure to select your own country as well, not just the U.S. It should work properly then. If something doesn’t show up, it’s likely due to your IP address. Good luck!

Just what I've been looking for to help with the new US tariffs! I had a little bit of a configuration issue and despite dropping an email to support at the weekend the team responded, Angie, Polina and Vitali are all amazing. There was investigation, follow ups, clear communication, and most of all, care. All the things that make great customer support. It also worth pointing out that the configuration issue was down to my misinterpretation of a section of preferences, not an issue with the application itself. Thanks for a great app!

So far I'm really pleased with this app. Its adding the US tariff fee at the checkout so I don't need to add it onto shipping. I'm not that tech savvy, so the support (Maggie) has been super helpful and patient with some issues I had.

We’ve been using the Upcharge app and it has worked exactly as we needed. I had a few issues with the initial configuration, but Angie and Evgeniya were incredibly helpful in getting everything resolved straight away. Their support was prompt, clear, and genuinely above and beyond. The app itself runs smoothly and does exactly what it promises, but what really stands out is the level of service behind it. I don't normally leave reviews but these guys went way above and beyond to help me so I couldn't not! The app has been a lifesaver in being able to charge the US tariff fees that I'm now having to pay when shipping goods there. Despite watching all the helpful videos I was still stuck, so they went in and changed the necessary settings for me. Not only that but they replied several times to my initial struggles on a Sunday, which I absolutely wasn't expecting at all! Very very helpful people, highly recommend!

We spoke very briefly about our issue and she was off and running making the necessary corrections to get our business back up and running in no time! I love a product that has a team of technicians behind them to help you at any time. Maggie deserves a raise!!! This app was a a godsend with the introduction of tariffs on the products we sell into the United States. It took a little configuring and working with tech support to get it working how we needed but we're really happy with the result. I'm not sure what we would be doing now if it wasn't for this app. Their customer service is really responsive and helpful as well.

Really solid app — setup was simple and didn’t take much time. We used it to add import tariffs, and it worked just the way we needed. Didn’t even have to reach out to support. We’ll see how it goes over time, but so far, it’s been great.
