This app is easy to use and meets our needs for adding product labels very well. We encountered a minor issue that required contacting support, and their response was quick and helpful, delivering a solution.

I had a great onboarding experience with Chloe and the team. I could not get the label to display correctly on my own. I went to the chat. Chloe was able to help me fix the issue within minutes.

Great App! Badges work great and customer service is always there to help if theres any problems. They work very quickly to resolve a problem and they do actually resolve it! I get everything I was hoping for and needing out of this App. I own a furniture brand and often need to badges for pre-order items or low stock items, which I change all the time and it works great. I also have shopping related badges that simultaneously live on the product pages full time, they all load and appear just fine. You can even change the badge on different variant options. The one issue I had was with one type of badge disappearing sometimes with different variant options, but when I reached out to customer service about it, they fixed it within 12 hours. All my badges work beautifully on mobile and desktop! great app, very much worth the price !
After reviewing various different product label apps decided to go for this one on an initial trial. Setting up the badge/ label is very easy and intuitive with a lot of options to choose from. Straight away Annie from support let me know she was available if needed. There was a slight issue in getting the label I needed to display on all products on a collection page, but within minutes support connected and the issue resolved very quickly. Amazing support! Look forward to using the app and all the features in our store.
Simple but has everything I need. Love the new discount and badge linked feature. Hailey was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend this App.

This is a very impressive app with a wide range of useful features. The customer service team is incredibly responsive and helpful. While I am still learning how to navigate all the settings, I am confident that this tool will be highly beneficial for my store’s growth. Highly recommended!

This app is great and works in a very simple easy to use way. My website is always through bugs and not displaying things as they should. I generally find this out when I'm about to launch something important, and the web dev team are incredibly responsive. They have always been able to fix anything I ask of them. Highly recommend

Installed the app and immediately created a label. The first label did not show up on my webshop and contacted the support team. It took only a matter of minutes to get a reply and they checked every setting together. It was a small issue in the config and they detected it very fast. The other labels worked perfectly from the start.

Great an easy solution with lots of options regarding the design (custom badges) and layout (visiblity on specific pages). Customer Service was also very helpful to implement minor adjustment to make this function fully on our specific theme.
