The tech support (Chloe) has been accommodating and really helpful!
Initial recommendations are crude such as mark down items based on inventory. That's a stupid recommendation. Items could have more inventory because they are good sellers or more inventory because they are slow sellers. It's not an intelligent recommendation. Will monitor and report back if the recs get better over time.

Thank you for the candid feedback. You make a fair point - available inventory on its own isn't a reliable signal of how well a product sells, since high stock can mean a strong seller or a slow one. We're working on additional price tips grounded more in market price data rather than inventory alone. We'd genuinely like for you to check back in and share your thoughts. Our price tips improve in direct response to feedback.

Great developers friendly and fix bugs, nice app with great features.
Excellent tagging app and support is excellent as well. Works exactly as it says it will even does historical orders.
Very nice support, great support they were responsive and friendly. Image compression works great highly recommend that feature. However the lazy load is incorrectly implemented it lazy loads everything or nothing. Images above the fold should not be lazy loaded per UX standards. This is not an option with this plugin.

Hi, Eli here, I'm the lead developer at TinyIMG. Our customer support offers above the fold manual lazy loading removal after our lazy loading installation. It's not possible to do automatically, but we do that manually! Simon has helped you with the product page lazy loading even If It was not applied by our app (It was skipped). Would you mind getting back to me on email ? It's just a misunderstanding.
wont work, perhaps not compatible with plus stores? Uninstalled and reinstalled still errors says to uninstall

Developers were super great and took the time to look individually at our store. A+++ service if you need to speed things up. Ultimately we were unable to use the app, didn't work for us, but really appreciate them. Highly recommend.
So far so good, it works well and support has been great so far.

Love godatafeed but the app is TERRIBLE. It doesn't even bring in the google categories. It overwrites your field mapping on every update. This and more issues. Half baked shopify extension.

Hello HomeWetBar, We appreciate your feedback and we value your candid sentiments. We've been assisting users for 17 years with shopping feeds, we'd love to be able to assist you with these issues you are reporting. Field mappings aren't typically overridden unless you may not have saved the values in the app appropriately. Feeds submit to the channel and then the channel can override data as needed. When it comes to Google product categories, Google automatically categorizes this once the feed is ingested and we suggest only mapping this value if you are seeing inconsistencies. In our system, we have a category section where you can create logic based on your product data to your preferred Google Product Category branch to submit on the feed level. Feeds typically override data within GMC so it would be challenging to bring in data that GMC is creating based on your feed data. Feel free to contact help@godatafeed if there are any additional details we may be able to assist you with to ensure this may not be a bug you are encountering.
Interesting feed software pretty advanced. Getting meta objects out is near mission impossible even with help. Also the feeds kept disappearing on me after spending 1.5 hours and the feeds disappearing twice when I clicked to give the extension more permissions when prompted. I gave up. Shouldn't loose all the work in your feed when you click to give it more permissions.

Thank you for the review. You are absolutely right, the UX of the app is not the most intuitive. Making advanced features easy to use is a real challenge and we are working on a new version to address it. We are taking your feedback about the metaobjects into account as well. To avoid losing work you just need to go through all the steps and save the feed at the end. If you create the feed for the first time, you can just accept all the carefully chosen defaults. You can then always go back to edit it, including adding more permission later on. Usually after getting used to the first feed, many appreciate the possibility to optimize every aspects of the feed and its stability which is crucial for long term ads performance. If you give the app another shot, our support team will walk you through the feed creation. We can also create the feeds for you if necessary.
basic feed upload, easy to setup. However it lacks advanced features like title optimization and substitution, ai product enhancements etc.

Really terrible. All the stuff they show in the screenshots is very limited functionality in the real app. Not to mention you have to connect it to your merchant center before you can even see how terrible it is. That and it's super slow to update. Whomever is writing these positive reviews must be small tiny stores as it only processed 6 products in 10 minutes we have 1500 products, completely unfeasible.
