Been using this app for years now. work perfectly. needed these discounts to work on Shopify POS. Reached out to support and they immediately put it in place. Now it works like a charm. This app is definitely recommended. Great product and great support. Marecelo was the tech rep that help me out. He is wonderful.

App is pretty darn good. I've tested other and they are either limited in function or buggy. This app performs very well. Plus, support was amazing. Emma was quick to reply (even on the weekends) and was very knowledgable. Highly recommended.

stay away from this app. the app is very buggy. work one minute, next minute it stops working. support is non responsive. they keep handing you off to someone else and the issue never gets fixed. not sure how they got so many high ratings, my experience with it has been horrible. as i write this review it has been three days with zero progress.

Love this app. For a long time, we went without a reward program because, in our search for a rewards partner, all the options were either too expensive or too complicated. Smile is neither, not only is it easy to set up the the user interface is so intuitive that it makes using the app a breeze. The cost is definitely in line with what we would expect to pay for such a great app. Oh and support, phenomenal. I didn't need them for setup and configuration because things just worked. I only had to reach out to them for a workflow question to which they replied super fast. Highly recommend this app.

Went from the free Google Shopping ad to this app and it was like someone turning on the lights. This app is wonderful. If it wasn't for my choosing the wrong option I could say it worked out of the box. Nevertheless, I contacted support and Sohil responded immediately. He was amazing. He took an assessment of the issue and got right to fixing my mistake. The support was prompt, concise, and accurate. This app is really amazing. Now that it is up and running it is definitely an app that is required if you are choosing to advertise with Google. Highly recommended.

We’ve been using this app for close to a year now and it has been great. Simple easy to use and does it’s job very well. I don’t know how support is because I never had to use them. This should say something at the very least. Highly recommend. Review update: In case you are wondering, the Support provided by Freshly Commerce is superb. For the first time, I need help configuring a new feature and they were responsive and thorough. I received a lightning-fast resolution. Five-stars!!! If we could give more we would!!!

** ALERT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP **The Apps is very buggy and does not play nicely with other apps in your store. The issues I experienced are numerous: errors in the calculations of discount, display format, app launch, and usability. It has been several days that the support has been working on fixing these issues. Although most issues have been fixed, I still cannot access the app because it errors out. If you want to be frustrated and wait your time then this app is for you. They charged me even during all this fiasco but at this point, I do not care. I just need to get out of this mess. Good luck if you decide to install it...

I haven't installed app yet because i am using another currently but so far the interface looks polished, the features are rich and support is awesome! Ronel R helped me out greatly. he listened carefully to my request, understood the issue and directed me to the solution. he was very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to a great experience. I will update this review once i get things up and running. we'll its up and running and so far i am very impressed. I am impressed by both the app and the support. so far i like this app. it gives much control of my web content. I am not a developer so this app makes my life soooo much better. tech support is awesome as well. ran into something i couldn't figure out and Wahab from tech support helped me out promptly and efficiently. i recommend this app.

Just installed and configure this app. So far so good. Support was excellent once I gave Collaborative access. The app has a lot of great features and displays on the website beautifully. One of the many features I like is the Q&A feature. This should help with the most commonly asked questions. The only thing left to see is how it performs. I will let you know. Mar 6th, 2022 - so far so good, app work as advertised, lots of great features. the Amazon review import extension for Chrome is amazing, I just wish it worked for other channels (hopefully in the future). the support, the support is amazing, responsive, knowledge. this is how support should be for every app. 5 stars across the board.

not bad. the app does what it advertises. so far, it's been easy to set up, operates accordingly, versatile in the discounts you can create. The app is designed well, very logically which makes it easy to use. I have no complaints thus far. To the developers: Great job!!! Oh, the price is reasonable.....big plus...
