This app has been pushing malicious and phishing code to our website, do not use! In late September we detected malicious code being pushed from the app that attempted to hijack our store customers during checkout by redirecting them to a look alike website and domain. Our security measures stopped this from occurring and we notified the developer, we have yet to receive a response. In early October we detected an update of the malicious code now trying to install malicious code on visitors devices, again our security systems neutralised this and again the developer was informed via mail and their chat feature. Again, we have to date not received a response from the developer...something which is incredibly concerning given that this malicious code is being pushed directly from the app. This review forms the final attempt to inform the developer of this situation, failing which this will be reported to Shopify to have the app suspended.
I downloaded this app to give it a try as I received a promo code when I purchased a Shopify theme. The code didn’t work and kept coming back with an error. I reached out to support and the first time it took them 5 days to respond asking what the promo code was I was using, I had already provided this in my support request. Two days now since I replied and still nothing, all I can say is first impressions are stay week clear of this company as they obviously don’t have any interest in customer service.
I’ve been using ReviewXpo for quite a while now, and it has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. It’s easy to install, imports reviews beautifully, and the customization options are excellent. What I love most is their support team – fast, helpful, and always responsive. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to build trust and boost conversions.

It worked well at first, but as I added new products, the reviews from other products were incorrectly assigned to the new ones, which should have had zero reviews. I contacted support, and they requested access to my store and three days to fix the issue. I told them I only had a few hours. They made me wait three hours, only to say they couldn’t fix it and advised me to delete the app. Not only did they never log into my store, but they also requested finance access on top of store access, which I found very suspicious. Luckily, I noticed and unchecked it. I’m now using a different app and have no issues.

I was so surprised with the customer service that ReviewXpo has. Communication was top notch from Sabbir and he did everything that he could to sort out my DNS issue. 11/10 in customer service. Awesome product. Easy to import reviews and send follow up emails.
Very easy to use and interface also good
This is literally THE BEST customer support on the market. I had issue with DNS verification for review reminder to customers after purchase and they access to my store by collaboration code and resolved issue personally from their side. I am amazed because nobody is assisting on that level usually you only get instructions what to do but they resolved issue by themselves. I highly recommend this app.
We just started with our online shop, but customer support at ReviewXpo is next level. We had some issues regarding the presentation of reviews on our product pages and the guys offered help and solved it quickly. They were very professional and correct. We will test the app in the future, as we haven't used it yet for a long time, but we can assure you, that you will be satisfied with the app and customer support.

Fantastic customer service!
Context: Installed the ReviewXpo app to replace the deprecated Product Reviews app which was being shut down. The installation was easy and the review widgets appeared on the product pages as expected. However, the CSV import kept failing, even after repeated attempts, including a test import with just three records. This left us without our reviews on the site which is one of our big drivers for conversion rates. Contacted support and got a prompt response. They looked into the issue with me supplying the CSV import file but failed to see what was wrong. So they asked for access to our site (via the Shopify access request mechanism). Once granted, they were able to get the data imported (after a couple of attempts). The reason for the failure is still unknown. The good thing is that they worked hard to get it resolved in a reasonable time frame. My reviews were out of action for about 6 hours but once loaded they presented nicely (better than the previous app) and the clickable link at the top makes it easy for people to see and get to the reviews which is important. The reason I have given 4 stars is that the end result is good and they were right onto it with fixing the import problem (which is a one off for us of course as people will enter new reviews directly). The ability to get support promptly is a big plus IMHO. Support is one of those things you hardly ever need but when you need it, you need it quickly with good communication channels, which is what I got. Have not experimented with the other features as of yet so rating is based on initial experience.

Highly recommended! The features are perfect for my store and the instructions from the technician were very helpful. I had problems when I first started using it and Fahim was the one who helped me solve them. I am very grateful for that!

Just downloaded the app, and there was an issue with importing the photos to my reviews. Sincerely grateful that Fahim was super helpful and generous with his time to help providing solutions to the issue. And now, it is solved! Couldn't be happier! Thanks so much!!! :)
