I just installed it, haven't seen it in action.

Today I had the pleasure of being helped by "Zoey" for my questions on having the quantity to match on my Shopify store and without missing a beat. Zoey explained to me the steps needed to make sure my problem was solved.
So far so good. I will allow the app to do what it says and than come back to see if it keeps the same ratings.
