Exceptional customer service that has willingly accommodated our changing needs over the years. Smile is highly supported, and feature-rich. However, we value customer service above all else, and we have always been supported by this team.
The Prehook team went above and beyond to meet our expectations. They rushed to implement entirely new updates to the Klaviyo "product recommendation" integration at our request and delivered a perfected experience for us and our customers. Incredible. I can't say enough about how great the app is, and how helpful the service is. If you've made it this far, make a list of the review apps, what they offer, and they cost. If you have any questions, message the support for all of them. What you'll find is what I found, if you want functionality, features, and a company that stands by it's product. This is the team to work with.
