We’ve been using Wiser for quite some time now and have had a very positive experience with it. The app has helped us improve product discovery and generate additional revenue through personalized recommendations and upsell placements. For our store, product page recommendations and post-purchase upsells have performed especially well. Wiser’s case study on Wooden Ships showed over $48.5K in Wiser-generated sales, with more than $37.6K from product page recommendations and over $10.4K from post-purchase upsells, which reflects the kind of impact these placements can have when set up properly. We also like that the dashboard makes it easier to understand where the revenue is coming from, so it is not just about adding widgets blindly. It helps us see which placements are working and where there is still room to grow. Overall, Wiser has been a useful tool for increasing AOV and making better use of existing traffic. It has been a good addition to our Shopify store.

It's free and easy to install, and the support team is available 24/7 for assistance with any issues or coding needs. We had some issues to fix, and all the CS (Sunny, Lydia, Tiana & William) were super helpful!

Best review app by far!!!! The app has made so many improvements recently. We used to use Kudobuzz, but they didn't allow us to group products for crossover reviews. This is the main reason we changed, although Judgeme is also much better for other reasons too.

This is a great app overall, but it DESPERATELY needs an option to tie products together on the backend so that duplicate or related items can share reviews. PLEASE PLEASE make this available ASAP.

Great app! Will be even better when their planned updates are added - like allowing the option to send the Bday Email before the customer's actual bday. As stated in most other reviews - the customer service is helpful, fast and friendly (just make sure to check your spam folder). Recommended for anyone with a Shopify store.
