Set up this app yesterday. I thought I'd need help, but Shopify AI made it a breeze. Jeff was a big help anyway, just to verify everything was set up correctly. The app is catching 404s left and right, and the AI is redirecting them perfectly. I can see my Search Console stats improving every day. Right away, I have noticed better traffic and sales. We moved to WooCommerce and back to Shopify, and it caused about 36,000 404s. This app will clear them up. I highly recommend it.

Our business had very many old broken links. The wildcard tool has been incredibly helpful in creating a rules based infrastructure to capture and redirect broken links accurately. Jeff is really responsive and helpful. I tried the AI tool, and it was very interesting but I found the Wildcard rules to be more precise for our use case.

Been using this app for almost two weeks now and am impressed with the functionality and ease of use of the app. We have roughly 3,000 products on our site, with hundreds going off and on monthly, so the AI redirect was a function that was important to me. After reviewing the suggested redirects from AI, I was confident enough in their redirect suggestions to turn off manual review and let the app do its thing. I would highly recommend this app, especially for big business where their online catalog chances frequently.

The AI Redirect Tool with Redirect Ninja is hands down the best feature I have found when migrating our old site to Shopify. It makes things very easy. It saved me hours and hours of trying to match things up on a spreadsheet csv. Jeff and the team are also great at responding and helping. They are constantly communicating with us on our project and actively looking to add features that meet our needs.

If all Shopify apps worked this well, we would not need many different app makers. The support is the best I have seen.
Needed a solution for quickly fixing redirects and monitoring broken URLs moving forward. Ran into a couple of small issues with the app, but Jeff the support person was super responsive and got my questions answered immediately. I had thousands of broken links so it took some time to get the data sorted, but once I had it uploaded the app did everything for me. Pretty powerful even on the free plan.
*** 2 month review- 5 more stars! *** This is the first thing I check when I logon in the morning. I can fix things in minutes! Our products sell out fast. So we get numerous 404's often. I set them all to go to the homepage automatically until I get time to set a redirect. Simple and fast! Support is super responsive and wants to understand owners needs. The wildcard feature is yet another big thing they have added to the app. You can set this up to redirect anything that may start with a common thread and it will redirect those and any future 404's. Huge time saver *********************************** A simple, straightforward app to address 404's quickly. We get a ton and if we can quickly direct them to somewhere on our site where we have much better odds of converting them to sales rather than the 404 screen. Support is super responsive and care that we don't have loads of time to spend on fixing these types of things. This is an incredibly helpful app for handling 404's. It was super easy to set up and understand. It works automatically site wide and also gives you a list of each redirect for manually tweaking specific pages and products.
