I removed a review from a product page because when the product page was deleted, the review lost its associated photograph, leaving only the text. This is a significant issue, and improvements are necessary. In e-commerce, product pages are often taken down when items become unavailable. Nevertheless, it's essential to retain product images with reviews for visual appeal. Without these images, the reviews lose much of their value.

I contacted the app developer seeking clarification on shipping times, shipping costs, as well as the process for returns and refunds. Regrettably, I did not receive any response to my inquiry. Consequently, I am leaving a one-star review as it appears unlikely that I would receive a prompt response from the company if I encountered issues while using this drop shipping app. It's worth mentioning that I also reached out via live chat on their website. However, the person I spoke with did not know what drop shipping or Shopify was, and was unable to answer my questions.

FYI: I have installed this app but haven't used it yet. I recently received an email from the app, and I am sharing the content of that email for everyone to see. I strongly believe that reviews should be honest and not influenced by monetary incentives. As a Shopify merchant, it is crucial for me to rely on reviews to make informed decisions about which apps to download and do business with. In my opinion, it is unethical for this company to solicit positive reviews from users who haven't even tried their app and to entice them with a $10 coupon. However, ultimately, it's up to you to judge whether this app is suitable for your shop. I have no idea why this app is being offered on the Shopify App Store? I have installed this app well over a week now and have reached out to the app developer twice with absolutely no response to my query. Definitely does not give me confidence in this drop shipping app, even if it was working now. Do not recommend this app, and it should be removed from the Shopify App Store. It is a waste of time.

This is a good app. The items are well curated . They have suppliers from the United States and Canada. Which makes it great for quick shipping. A lot of the Jewelry is artisan .As for customer support, I have reached out to customer support several times and the response is prompt and good.
