Review Update as of 12 January 2026 It is nearly impossible to get any simple or basic request done by their support team. We have asked for 5 very simple features and edits, they said that the dev team mentioned its not possible. Given how desperate we needed those features, we started developing some of them ourselves. To our surprise, it took us <1 hour to develop 2 out of 5 requested features. Needless to say, these are all very simple fixes to their layout. Mostly CSS edits and changes, due to their inconsistent designs to begin with. For example, the review carousel cannot show if a review is a verified review or not. Yet, the review box can show if the review is verified. However, if you want to edit the review box design to be like a carousel, then it will affects every single placement across the entire store. Ridiculous! A single global setting, yet no way to customize it per page template. Despite raising our concerns numerous times, the dev team just does not care. I will not even mention the security breach (or data exposure) that they did not know about which was in their app for 2 years! It exposed every single customer email associate with a review to the frontend. Any store that had ali reviews installed on it would have had their customer's email exposed in the front end, and funny enough, indexed by Google and showing in SERPs!!! Our final verdict: the app works fine, and it does the job for many e-commerce stores. However, they do not listen to their customers and could care less about your store growing and requiring simple edits to their app UI. You will get the usual "we have added your feature to our long forever feature list". Which is not even accessible to the public, and no way you could see a change log or feature request roadmap. 0 transparency. ---------------------------------------- Great experience using the app, customer support available 24/7 to support with any questions or concerns you face. We have been using this app for 2+ years and it has been a smooth experience thus far. Highly recommend it!

Excellent support by Nikolay over at Product Page Slider CS Team! We wanted to modify the dots minimal feature on mobile and have it behave a certain way and Nikolay was super fast in responding to our emails and guiding us in achieving the final look and feel of this product feature! We have been using the app for 2+ years now and absolutely love it!

Excellent app, simple and functions as expected. We have been using GG Product Gallery and now tried the preview slider app which is also great! Nikolay was extremely helpful and very fast to respond to our query for improving our site UX by implementing a sliding transition feel to the preview slider. Superb customer support!

Excellent app, probably the best one out here on Shopify. It covers many use-cases. At the end of the day, there are 50k+ clients using this app so that is a testament on its own! Very user friendly UI - probably the best we have seen from a Shopify app. Kudos to the founders! Top notch customer support (special thanks to Sophie who answered all our questions right away - very knowledgable) You are in safe hands using Cowlendar. We have used, every single other booking app on Shopify - nothing compares to this or comes even remotely close to this.

We have been using the app for 8 months now, and we felt the need to update this review to re-iterate our utmost appreciation and respect for the team behind Tabs Studio, and more importantly for Meghan B. who has been an absolute pleasure to work with over this entire time. Meghan really cares about you as a store owner and wants the best for you. She will provide unbiased, honest recommendations on how to improve the setup so you can get the best out of Tabs Studio. I wish there was a 10-star rating here. The bar has been set so high, we will surely be disappointed with all other apps customer support haha ---- This is possibly, one of the best apps we have used to date for our store. That is mainly for 3 reasons: 1. Excellent customer support. I emailed them for a question with specific use case. We received a response from their team, specifically Meghan B. who gave us a thorough response and easy step by step guide on how to achieve the desired result, which we did! 2. Simple Design and no BS - straight to the point 3. Easy to use, works like a charm without issues with the codes. No delay in loading, does not affect page load speed. It auto detects text in the product description. Magical! I would pay more money for this app for the amount of effort and time it saves us! Highly recommend this app!

October 9, 2024 - We had a major issue with our site (specific to Firefox and was affecting our loading time) but this was not related to ScrollBee. We reached out to the support team of every app we have installed on our theme. Don from Scroll Bee (App Hive) was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL in helping get to the root cause of the issue we were facing. Turns out we had a problem with another app named "HidePay" that was taking 43 seconds to load!!!! Don, you're a life saver! Cannot thank you enough really. Highly recommending this app again and again. --- April 28, 2024 - I tried 3 different apps before installing Scroll Bee and I must admit that this is the best one out there: works like a charm from the get-go. Once we installed it and activated it in our theme app embeds tab, everything worked as expected without any issues. Simple design, straight to the point settings page, and super fast loading times.

We installed this app <24 hours ago and it has surprised us completely!! From the ease of use to the exceptional customer support, everything is just great about it! A very special thanks to Hannah and the tech team who were nothing but absolute class when it came to assisting us with our customizations, especially that we have an Arabic version of our site so RTL is always a challenge with Shopify. This app pushes the limits of what Shopify currently offers, and provides you with easy to use tools to customize the look and feel of your store. The level of customization is unreal, even at just the free plan. We have switched over from Essential Trust Badges to use ECB Icons with Text section that this app offers here, and it is so far much better than we had thought. Highly recommend giving it a try and see if it suits your needs, and get creative of different ways you can use it / incorporate it into your design

Excellent Support + easy to use interface + smooth performance without bugs all make this an exceptional app! We tried many others but none of them are as good or as smooth as ReelsUp. Nevertheless, the price is also much more reasonable than alternatives who charge per view. We use ReelUp to showcase travel experiences that we sell through our platform and we can already see the positive impact it has on our user's experience and the conversion rates. It is one added feature that brings comfort to the viewer during their buying decision journey. Besides all the great features, what sets this app is the exceptional customer support. They are even willing to get on a Zoom call and spend a considerable amount of time to help fix any issues you have or even better, customize few things to best suit your needs. Very nice app and does the job just as needed. Great support by Matas who helped us do a bit of formatting on the mobile version of the announcements bars that cannot be adjusted through the app.

We have been using Evey for 9 months, and we use it for a very unique use case for selling travel tours and packages (not event tickets). We knew that we would be pushing the platform to its limits, and Evey app managed to get us this far which is great. Evey Customer Support Team (Ron, Mary, and Hannes) have been incredibly helpful and responsive to our queries. We realize that our use case is not what Evey was built for, so we appreciate the team trying to help whenever possible. Overall, we recommend using Evey for the following reasons: 1. Easy to use app interface 2. Relatively fast loading of the datepicker component on your event page 3. Responsive design of the event calendar popup whether displayed on mobile or desktop 4. Covers many use cases for events and ticketing. 5. Custom tailor-made app for events Overall, we are happy with the software and recommend it to anyone looking for a robust ticketing solution. There are definitely areas for improvement, but those are specific to our very unique use case which is not applicable to 99% of potential users.

EXCELLENT SUPPORT! We had a technical issue where the "Add to cart" was glitchy and not working - this was due to conflicting scripts with another app (Seedgrow WhatsApp) which has a datepicker for some reason. Anyways, the dev team at SPEAZ did an excellent job at replying instantly to our email, and even taking the time to look at the code and find a fix. 5 star service :) highly recommend this app and looking forward to seeing more updates and improvements in the future.

Great App! Highly recommend this for anyone looking to have a simple and easy to use/setup WhatsApp button. Been using it for >2 months now and it works flawlessly. We tried to use other WhatsApp widget apps, but nothing was as smooth as this one here. Not only that, but we also requested them to help us write custom code or have insertions within the pre-filled message to include Product Title and Product Page URL which they managed to do right away (<24 hours from requesting it). Thanks to all SeedGrow team, specifically Alina and Mia for their fast responses and of course, for the dev team making it all work in the background.

Top notch app, very easy to use - took <5 minutes to set it up and it was working without any issues! Let me give a bit of background: we downloaded over 10 apps from Shopify store that have many 4.8+ reviews but did not solve our problem. We were almost giving up on finding a solution to our need until we luckily came across Wayfinder. We had a special use case where we did not want to show the Map for all our products in the cart. We emailed Blue Gum team and they responded instantly with a solution that worked flawlessly. We emailed once again few hours later to customize the design of the map for mobile users and once again, they replied with a solution almost instantly. Cannot recommend this app and the team behind it enough! 5***** app and service :)

Out of words really, I have around 8-10 apps installed on my store and I have never, ever had customer support as smooth and as fast as with the team over here. This app saved us a ton of time and effort into making custom development that would have taken us weeks to implement. With this app, we had everything we needed up and running within an hour. Not only that, but we required custom code for some of the click to action buttons to be able to get the page URL and page title. The team made this happen within few hours of requesting it - EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Special thanks to Donatas, Eivydas and all the dev team that made this app come to life!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! This is an amazing app - the best I have used among 10+ apps I have downloaded from the store. Easy design, easy steps, a youtube video tutorial for all possible steps, just an all round well built app! The AI Translate is my favorite! Also, you can edit the translations which is super cool Thanks to the team for their effort into building this.
