One those "large" companies that wont help you when you need it. Expensive to the max for this program also. If you are a "large" company also then maybe this app is for you. But for small biz - im going a cheaper route with an agent that can actually help me.
Good app! Works well and customer service is great. I would recommend this for anyone needing bulk discounts automatically applied for customers.

Dumb. We are trying to transfer reviews - and you cant even upload their downloaded .csv file to their program. You have to take their downloaded template, and then manually transfer every line to their custom upload template. Literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen and is waisting my time. Switching programs now.

We have followed up with you separately on your support ticket to address your questions. Our review export functionality is actually designed for transferring reviews to another app or for backup purposes. If you share the old vs new Product ID we will happily map the reviews accordingly! Paul & Hazel were EXTREMELY helpful! They were quick to respond and helped manually import a few months of previous payouts. Our QBO is now showing our top line Shopify sales which is a big help! Definitely recommend this app and their customer support.
Good app with a good team. Comes with most everything out of the box. But the team is very knowledgable on any customizations needed for you application. Backend is a little clunky to use, but they are continuing to improve the app regularly. I would recommend.

Thank you for the review :) . We have had similar feedback for the admin side of the app from our other clients , hence we have developed a new UI version of the backend this year. I will enable this for your store. Looking to get feedback from you and improve our UI even more.
This is the only shipping app you need. We tried them all. This is hands down the BEST and most CUSTOMIZABLE. Great support team to for easy answers. Highly recommend!
So far so good. We haven't finished fully installing, but the customer service has been phenomenal. Which is why I installed it in the first place. They make me feel warm and fuzzy inside, that if I had any issues I feel like it will get resolved. Thanks for the help Yuvraj!
Really great app! Very easy to set up tiered pricing at a percentage off or a fixed price (which is what we use). The Bold team had to manually install the liquid code for us because our theme is more complex but they work tirelessly to get it functioning for us and we're happy with the outcome! Especially want to thank Rajni for her excellent customer service with helping us get this app installed and working properly for us! I definitely recommend the app if you'd like to offer a tier discount to different wholesale levels.

Good basic app for collecting basic reviews. But if you want ANY additional features you are going to pay more money and big bucks for it. Their literature is very unclear as to what features are included in your plan. I spent countless hours trying to install features they advertised on their site, only to hear back that I need to pay more $ for these. Not cool guys.

THE BEST. We spent 2 days trying EVERY shipping app. Unfortunately we came across this one last. Every other app was over built and didn't function properly. This one did exactly what we needed (free shipping for retail customers - charge shipping for wholesalers). GET THIS APP.
Didn't work with our currently installed theme file for our store. It did install some coding on the backend but wasn't a complete plug and play like we were hoping. Still have to hire a coder to finish the project. Just wish we would have known it may not work 100% upfront.
App works great and very customizable. Actually exceeded my expectations which is rare with 3rd party apps!
Great user friendly program and customer service is top notch. Questions got answered easily, professionally, and quickly. Definitely recommend !
