We have only used the basic plan of this app for two years and it works so well we put it onto our new shopify store. Had a problem and sent a message on a Sunday and got a reply in an hour with a working solution. Perfect.

Fantastic support. We have a slightly different Shopify setup with multiple inventory locations and the team took the time to understand exactly how our business operates. They explained the limitations clearly, tested different options, and found a workable solution for us. Ankit was incredibly helpful throughout the process and never rushed the conversation. We have been using the Shipzip App for a while now and find it a great App . The App worked straight out of the box, we had a couple of minor integration user set up issues which the Developer alaways promptly responds to and quickly resolves. Great App and support.

The support team has been super helpful with setting up some of our shipping rates that can be quite complicated to set up on our own. And they really do keep up with the communication until everything was set up properly and running successfully.

Brilliant app. I purely needed this to set different rates for remote areas within the UK and this works perfectly for this. I recommend asking for support in setting this up and the live chat helped me get this up and running within minutes. Rak and Ankit have been fantastic so all round fantastic support and application.
The app allows for some fairly complex shipping structuring and does exactly what it is supposed to. When we were having an issue with capturing a particular data-point, the development team went above and beyond with a quick reply and even extended app functionality to accommodate our request. Highly recommended if you need something more complex than the out-of-the-box shipping solution offered. Especially if you want an app that you know is actively supported.
Siddharth is the best! He provided amazing customer service with great communication, but the most impressive part was he handled all the work for me. With their help, I was able to get everything done quickly and easily, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and would definitely use their services again in the future.

I highly recommend this app. It is the only shipping rate app that currently has a solution for customers being charged double shipping with Multi-Origin shipping, which is why we originally chose it. Not only that, but this app is full of customizations - we're able to build out different rates by postal code which is extremely useful for our Local delivery options, and can even set up rates by product tag! On top of all this support is amazing - they are very responsive and have been extremely helpful in setting up and using this app. Thank you for all of your help and for making an amazing app! Editing my review just to add that ShipZip has continued to be fantastic whenever we need help. We have now been using them for years and have nothing but good experiences. Thank you Aayushii for solving our subscription shipping issue - we really appreciate your help with this!

The app itself is VERY comprehensive. It was the ONLY app that could be what my client required ( which was all very complicated ). 100000/10 The best customer service I've EVER seen on an app. I worked closely with them, and especially Ankit went ABOVE and beyond. We have been using Shipping & Delivery – ShipZip to manage shipping rules based on delivery locations and specific conditions, and it has worked very well for our needs. The app is flexible and easy to configure, and the support team is extremely responsive. Whenever we had questions or implementation issues, we received quick and clear assistance. They even added missing currency support within minutes of our request. Overall, a reliable app with excellent customer support.

I have been using Ship Zip for years for a somewhat complicated shipping set up and it works perfectly- sorted out all the shipping limitations we had with Shopify. Support is awesome- live chat always available plus you can make a time to jump on a call with someone to get any issues sorted promptly. Really that is the most important thing with any of these apps- that they can sort any issues that may arise quickly. Definitely trust and recommend Ship Zip :)

A very useful app - we have a complex delivery setup for local delivery/nationwide/collection with specific days and cut off times for each ect and it does it very very well. Would love some more UI customisation or options (forexample of the date selector) but otherwise its amazing.
I've been using this app for some time to get around my invididual shipping needs due to the number of items that we dropship with different logistic companies. I ran into a small error during setup for price on application products and Ankit was very helpful. Great app and very good support. Thanks.
I have 3 stores that use shipzip, Sid and his team are very very helpful. I wouldnt use any other shipping app. ( I switched from another one after a few years) Shipzip is very versatile.
