I highly recommend this app. It is the only shipping rate app that currently has a solution for customers being charged double shipping with Multi-Origin shipping, which is why we originally chose it. Not only that, but this app is full of customizations - we're able to build out different rates by postal code which is extremely useful for our Local delivery options, and can even set up rates by product tag! On top of all this support is amazing - they are very responsive and have been extremely helpful in setting up and using this app. Thank you for all of your help and for making an amazing app! Editing my review just to add that ShipZip has continued to be fantastic whenever we need help. We have now been using them for years and have nothing but good experiences. The onboarding process is super simple & support is great! I had issues with not finding the correct spot to put the code snippet for review stars, but Soufiane reached out immediately via chat and was able to correctly install the snippet in minutes. In addition, we were able to set up judge.me on an unpublished theme, which is very helpful as we are transitioning from an older review widget. The review import tool was super easy, you simply select your old app from a dropdown and it instructs you on what kind of file to provide. As for the app / widgets itself, its all very straightforward. The display widget for reviews is pretty basic and it does match the theme, but I wish there was a few more customization options in changing how it looks (setting a max width, changing font size etc). However the widget loads much faster than our previous one with another app which is a bonus. The admin panel is great, reviews and Q&A are easily viewable and accessible with options to hide reviews and a spam filter. The product groups are SO easy to set up and this is a feature we heavily used on another app. Overall I would recommend trying this app out - in our experience this app is a much better value than most review apps out there for all the features you are getting, fantastic & quick support, plus a great install process.

This app is amazing and Sid on support went above and beyond to help us solve a shipping issue we were experiencing where unwanted shipping rates were being selected on subscription orders. Now our subscription orders choose from the correct shipping rates! We have been experiencing this issue with Shopify subscriptions for a very long time, so we are overjoyed that this issue is now solved! On top of that, this app is a great substitution for Shopify Shipping Scripts, will be depreciated this year. It is very versatile and easy to use for reordering rates and hiding rates. I really highly recommend this app, I cannot say enough good things about it!

We use this app to display same day / next day shipping rates to select postal codes only, in addition to our regular Shopify shipping rates and it works great in doing this - our new rates only display to people in our custom list! Had a rate display hiccup upon set up and Jessica from support was fantastic in identifying and solving it for us quickly via chat - now everything is running smoothly! Overall I would recommend this app if you're looking to customize your rates beyond what Shopify offers by default. Update: Using this app now to move my curbside pickup shipping rates to limit them to a smaller segment of customers than what I had previously set up via Shopify basic shipping settings. Works great! Thanks Stephane for your help - I am so happy to know I can display multiple rates with different names to my customers at the same time. Fantastic.

We are very happy with this bundles app as it does everything we were looking for. We subscribed to premium right away because the extra features are well worth it and the app is very flexible. The bundle widget matches our theme and loads quickly on product pages. Support is also amazing! We had issues during set up and a few questions prior to adding this app to our store - Henry helped us out both times, solving our set up issue very quickly! One of the best features from this app is the funnels which gives a pop up prompt to customers who have added an item from a bundle, but not the other for the discount. Thank you for the fantastic and well thought out app, I would highly recommend.

We've been using this app for over a year to provide customers with a printable PDF receipt on their order confirmation and in their customer account page. It is a simple little feature missing from Shopify, but this app makes it easy for our corporate customers to save their receipts for their records. We really like this app!

This is a fantastic app! It gives the ability to add custom filters to your sidebar + advanced search results that are way better than what Shopify offers by default. We will be switching from a different smart collection app that overrides our collection pages to this one, I already like this app much better. We love that we can keep our default theme look, and the filters are easy to set up and manage. Love the ability to "promote" products within the search bar too, and synonyms will help us ensure that customers find what they are looking for. Search results are quick to display and to update. Support is also awesome for this app. Nikita has been so helpful with setting up our theme. He was able to add Cloudsearch to an unpublished theme of ours, so we can work on it before sharing our new look with our customers. I've had questions about set up, all which have been answered very quickly by support each time and with quick solutions, even responding on weekends. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone looking to add a more advanced search and filtering system to their theme. Especially if you would like to keep the looks of your original theme, with the ability to add & remove filters easily. Overall we are very happy!
