Very pleased with this app. We have been using it for years, and it just works really well without any fuss.

The app is great, help us to have more lifestyle images and show our product in real life. :) The guys from the support are quick and since we start using the app, they keep improving it. I would fully recommend it.

I've been looking for a gallery app that allows you to tag products so you can create UGC product galleries for ages. The layouts are stylish, and the app is VERY customisable.

I've had Social Photos installed for 5 years and it has been awesome for keeping all my customer photos. For most of those 5 years, I have been extremely happy with the app and I recommend it often! It wasn't until recently that I needed to reach out to support and literally had the best app support experience of my life! Great value, great features, easy to use, and amazing customer support. What else could you ask for?

Great app that allows our customers to share their photos outside of a review. We feel like this is more likely to get UGC than in a review that requires someone to write up something so that is nice. An easy app to use with many extra features that we are yet to use but hope to in future. Oky Sabeni was very quick and helpful in setting up an extra feature to upload a custom logo to appear next to customer photo uploads which was much appreciated

Great support over the years, especially most recently from Oky Sabeni who helped me through a confusing problem (a problem of my own making lol). Aside from all that, the app just works great and I suggest any brand start ASAP with UGC. It makes a big difference and pays off big.

Brilliant experiance using Socialphotos, really enhances our product pages and UGC we can display throughout our website would highly recommend to any store wanting to increase their UGC. Support has been brilliant, very quick to respond and sort out any small issues we had or questions regarding how to use certain features.

When I first downloaded this plugin, there were a lot of operations that I didn't understand, but the customer service of socialphotos responded enthusiastically to my questions and helped me a lot.

Riley was extremely helpful in assisting in making some customizations to my store. I tried a hand at it and realized i'm no developer. But Riley was able to jump in and tackle the issue in record time. A small issue was resolved right away by Riley. Thank you for the amazing service :)

This app is simple and easy to use! We are able to tag all the photos from our Instagram feed and have them pushed to our PDP's and homepage. When there is an issue they are quick and helpful to resolve! I would definitely recommend this app.

Great app, very easy to customize and the team is always super responsive when I have any issues, questions or suggestions! I've suggested some ways to make the app better and they have been taking them into account which really means a lot to me!

Researched many sites, and tested out several different apps. This is definitely the best I believe! There are many companies provide this kind of app out there, but charge a lot. However, finally I am glad to find Socialphotos provides the same function, but at an affordable cost, especially for small businesses! Got the Advanced plan for my site. The app is easy to install and manage, and occasionally for some reason, I still reached out to Max for tech support. My questions were always solved quickly.

Update: Worked with Max @Socialphotosapp to resolve the issue. bumping the rating to 5/5 now. ------- Great app to bring your Instagram photos to you store. However, there seems to be a significant delay in some of the Instagram photos showing up on our site. I wish it refreshed the feed faster.

A very cool and easy to use feed to display our Instagram. Also, a really responsive tech team to help with questions. I heard back within a couple of hours. Highly recommend.

I was thrilled to find Socialphotos. I had previously looked at more expensive options like Olapic but given that we're just starting out couldn't afford to make the investment. This app is a great idea! It's a great and easy way to turn your customers into marketers...because they know that if they post and use the correct hashtag, their picture will be on your site! (Some like that, some don't). It's also a great way for online shoppers to see what the products look like in real life, so even if our customers aren't hashtagging, we are, so they can still see our pictures right there by the product!

this app does EXACTLY what you think it will. never had a problem with it... so long as you dont need to pull hashtags out of twitter/fb/etc, you'll be aces. highly recommend. =)

Excellent App Very Easy to Use and completely professional style. A great price for what you get which is a lot, you get fast responses and the directions are a 123 step and then your ready to use. I tried all the other Instagram apps on Shopify being a long time e-commerce seller, and i soon deleted all of them i ran test on them they were either to slow, not accurate or required me to do HTML work that im not familiar with, this app was on the end magnificent. Absolutely amazing! We tried a few other apps but weren't thrilled... This app is so easy to use -- installed AND finished filling up the galleries in just a few minutes. You're able to easily create hashtag-specific galleries that can exist on selected product pages. And it's only $10 a month?! No brainer. Two thumbs way up :)
