Qoblex Inventory Management

We switched over to qoblex earlier this year from a custom built legacy system. I had my concerns but the team at qoblex have been so great with helping us get set up and get comfortable with using the app. With all systems there are some hiccups but they are dealt with quickly and escalated if needed. The new ai integration is amazing, well ahead and advanced in comparison to other apps we are using. Highly recommend!

More efficient than Stocky was and great customer service!

As long-time power users of Stocky, the end of the platform presented us with a major challenge. While searching for a suitable replacement, we discovered that there are virtually no viable alternatives to Stocky on the market. ERP systems are too large and complex, while standalone inventory management systems are too limited in scope. With Qoblex, we have finally found a worthy alternative to Stocky. Qoblex replicates all of Stocky’s core processes—and offers many additional features that go even further. The Qoblex team responds reliably to inquiries and has provided solutions to our issues in a remarkably short time. After an extensive search, I am convinced that Qoblex currently represents the best choice for companies looking for a successor system to Stocky.

Have used Qoblex (previously Stock & Buy) for many years, and it has been essential to the development and growth of our business. The support team is great...I come from a design rather than a tech background and found the setup and management very straightforward. The team is constantly adding new features in response to customer requests... 5 stars!

Hands down the best inventory system we’ve used. Significantly better than Cin7 and other major inventory systems. It syncs accurately with Shopify, correctly manages returns and exchanges (unlike Cin7 or Dear), and handles inventory and COGS adjustments in Xero exactly as it should. Any issues are resolved immediately, and the support team is exceptionally responsive. A reliable, well built system that actually does what all the other inventory systems say they will do but don't.

We have been using Qoblex for about 6 years or more... Its packed with features and programs; from a huge range of analytical reports to sophisticated Sales model. We run a multi-location operation with manufacturing, sales across 3 of our own stores, and fulfilling for numerous other vendors. Qoblex has made this all possible for me to manage from 1 software application. Works excellently with Shopify. The stand out feature is the swift and friendly customer service.

This plug in works great for our manufacturing business. The set up was really simple and is very customizable where required. Building BOMS, tracking costs and inventory is all really easy. The reporting is great and new features are constantly been added. Customer service has always been quick, for both simple and complicated questions and the team are very friendly and personalized and you can see their dedication to making this ap a success. We now can't be without it!

This system works extremely well for my import and distribution business. The software has streamlined my systems and I am reliant on the analytics for most of the data I base my decisions on. I would highly recommend it.

A basic inventory app should do basic things, and an inventory app should do a few more advanced things. For instance, if you have back orders in for customer sales and then you receive inventory in from suppliers, the inventory management system should tell you which orders can now be fulfilled as stock is available. This doesn't, which for us makes it useless.

If you need reliable inventory management for your Shopify store(s) and syncing of Sales & Purchase Orders to Xero, then this is the best App. We have been using Qoblex for many years, starting from a simple setup and, over time, utilizing more and more features, so we know from experience that Qoblex is a rock-solid solution for our inventory needs. The Qoblex team is also very active in developing their platform, there are new features & improvements released on a frequent basis. And most importantly, it's backed by a fantastic support team that listens and comes up with solutions.

If this program worked us then it would be five stars. It was easy to use and worked perfectly with our business model and inventory. However, that wasn't the case. As time went on, it worked less and less. When we decided to give up, we couldn't even change our build of materials for products we've had since the beginning. That's only one of the many issues we had. Every update seemed to destroy our ability to use it more and more. In the beginning, our main problem is that it would, without us touching it, edit how much inventory individual items had. In the beginning we would manually change the numbers to correct the changes that the program made, now, after this last update, we can't even do that. Initially, it made it so our inventory was NEVER accurate, but in the end we had no choice but to give up. We tried reaching out to tech support for both this program and Shopify (even having a three way call), and they both just blamed each other for why this was happening. Also, even with screenshots, they'd never actually answer the questions we had, just using a generic answer that didn't solve the problem we were having. We actually gave up after a while and just kept doing our best to deal with the problems knowing that our inventory wouldn't be accurate until we did a manual inventory. We have switched programs hoping that this fixes our inventory problem. We don't know for sure if it was all this program, but neither of them helped us get anywhere. All we know is that products that weren't even in Shopify (which may have been a problem in itself) would edit themselves in terms of inventory. Again, we don't know how much Shopify was involved in this, but there were many problems that arose just in Quoblex itself making it impossible to use the program. We were very disappointed and wanted to let anyone else having these problems know that you're not alone.

Great experience with Qoblex, Tahar and the team are willing to help with all of my queries and action changes based on our conversations. I have found the forecasting side of Qoblex very helpful for my business so I can determine exactly what products (and the quantities) that I need to order. I am also happy with the supplier purchase orders module, I am able to easily keep track of everything I have ordered and what items have been ordered. Highly recommend this app!

Highly Efficient and User-Friendly System We’ve been using Stock & Buy for our inventory management, and it has significantly streamlined our operations. One of the standout features is the real-time syncing, which ensures that our stock levels are always up-to-date across multiple channels.

We have been using qoblex for a while now, and love it! Its helped so much with our inventory management, particularly that you can bundle items together, and create automated forecasts for next stock purchases. Tahar and the team are really fast at responding to any questions too!

Really easy to use and flexible system, integrates perfectly with our store.

When I was first switching from an alternative product that I had used for several years I felt daunted by the potentially steep learning curve, that I would need to learn and adapt quickly. Some weeks later, having got through the stress of change I found the app worked well, that new workflows all made sense, and that the support had been excellent. Having spent some time researching I couldn't find a comparable alternative that wasn't hugely more expensive and if you want to integrate Shopify and Xero I'm not even sure what else you would consider. Having now been using the app for close to 2 years I have seen how the incremental changes through feature updates have continued to improve the app but by far the most striking thing is how constant the quality of support has remained. Out of curiosity I read the single negative review and based on my experience I would be completely on the side of S&B. While their reply does come over a bit "frustrated" what they have described as having done I find completely believable. They really are that great team and seem committed to providing quality support and a great product.

Stock and Buy is a game changer, it has made it possible for my business to operate and without it we would have outgrown shopify many moons ago. It offers a very robust inventory module that allows us to keep control of our inventory, costing and sell through price to help create a more cohesive shopping experience for our end user. My favorite feature is the intuitive dashboard which encapsulates many aspects of my business without having to drill down through endless menus. Tahar and his team are very responsive and have always found solutions to any issue that has come up. Lastly, for the year plus we have been using stock and buy the amount of new and updated features are true testaments to the innovation and continued growth this software is constantly creating.

We use Stock and Buy to integrate Shopify with our Xero accounting software. This is an excellent product that takes care of ensuring our stock is tracked, all of the accounting postings happen correctly and everything is synchronised across our core operating platforms. Excellent support provided as well. Highly recommended.

I was seeking a software solution to integrate our multiple online stores, ebay presence, multiple physical stores and despatch as well integrating all this to our Xero instance. I trialled several solutions, then quite by accident, i stumbled across Stock&Buy. My trial went smoothly, quickly intgrating three shopify stores, our physical stock locations and integration to Xero. Perfect. No piece of software or app will fully meet expectations out of the box. Stock & Buy came pretty close to what we wanted but more importantly showed us the solution we needed. When you add to this the swift support responses and resolutions (often within hours) to set up questions, integration glitches and similar support related items, we know we made a good choice. Added to this is the response to 'wish list' items. Over the set up period, i asked about certain features that would be useful and make the integration of online and real world business go more smoothly. I was often given examples of how other businesses had handled these questions, but most pleasantly surprising, was on many occasions, new features popped up. I actively engaged with Stock&Buy in terms of requesting features, even providing screen shots of what i had in mind and again to my pleasant surprise, some of these became features in the last few weeks. Combining shopify with Stock&Buy we have even opened our first fully integrated 'live' ebay store. Tahar and the crew at Stock&Buy are super supportive, positive and provide assistance of the highest standard. I cant wait to see how the platform develops further!

I, Like a lot of people have been looking for a way to manage my inventory and Xero sync all in one and accurately. I was initially hesitant about the cost of Stock & Buy so decided to do the trial and demo. Honestly, this app has saved me soooo much time in inventory management and accounting. Just the simple aspect of syncing COGS and Purchase orders into Xero has made the world of difference, no more double entry or mistakes! Tahar's personal service and willingness to take on feedback has been very refreshing. Amazing app and a must-have if you are running a Shopify e-commerce business. It has made my life so much easier and saved me so much time. We have been using Stock&Buy to help with the running of 10+ Shopify sites including both made to order, and stock inventory. Our main goal was to allow staff, in different locations, to always have correct stock on hand figures. However, the integration with Xero also cut down administration. As a small business, ultimately the decision to move away from Stock&Buy was purely cost related. The functionality is more than adequate , and the customer support is second to none, being super responsive to questions, and suggestions.

After 20 years as a developer and 5 years working with Shopify I can genuinely say Stock&Buy has one of the best teams focused on their App that I have ever interfaced with. I put in a feature request that our accounting team needed in order to move our Inventory Management over to Stock&Buy — received a commitment from Stock&Buy to complete the feature and here I am less than one month later with the feature complete. Developing Shopify apps is not easy and these guys make it seem like a piece of cake. If I could put them to work full time on my projects I 100% would — since that's not possible, I'll just move all my clients / projects to Stock&Buy ASAP to take advantage. Great work guys.

Amazing how fast and seamlessly it starts working. All product fields and orders sync in a flash perfectly. It took just a few clicks and already it was tracking my inventory. Adds some must-have features for any e-commerce business compared to native shopify.

Incredibly communicative and helpful. Whenever there have been teething problems, they've been quick to respond and sort. The application is very easy and practical to use.

After being directed to another Inventory Management Program and having nothing but issues and headaches, we decided to seek out a new Inventory Option for our Marine Product Manufacturing Company. Although we never heard of Stock & Buy, we decided to reach out to Tahar & Moh in order to learn more about their program & see if it would be a fit. During our initial demo, Tahar answered any and every question we had and we were able to discuss a road map for the features we would like to see implemented. After the demo we really liked the program, however there were features we would require, that it didn't currently offer. Tahar asked me to send him a large punch list and I didn't expect to hear back or see results for at least a few weeks. To my utter shock, when i came into the office after the weekend, 80% of our list was already completed and setup for us. Out of the remaining 20% of our list, Tahar & Moh informed me that about 1/2 of the remaining items were in development and we should see the progress at the end of the summer (due to the complexity of our request). The remaining few items, Moh told me he would take care of. Over the last 2 weeks, Moh has been nothing but the ultimate customer service & IT professional, and has been in constant communication with me to complete the few remaining items and together we have troubleshoot & found solutions to a few issues, that will help make Stock & Buy an Inventory Winner for years to come! I mentioned it above, but feel it deserves to be mentioned again. The customer service Stock & Buy has provided us is second to none and I would recommend them to any company looking for an Inventory/Order Management solution

Still a fairly new install, but so far it's doing everything I need it to. The founders are very accessible to answer any questions too.

After months of agonising which system to implement with inventory control , Stock & Buy was trialled. I was very wary of how much work this would actually entail ( on my behalf) having never entered onto anything like this before. We moved our web store from Volusion over to Shopify - as we found couldn't export into our accounting package without a middle link. We spent 2 months building a new web-store with Shopify which we are thrilled with. I was overwhelmed with the ease of implementing our Web store ( Shopify) with Shop & Buy, we also have trialled one month with Xero as our accounting Package. I can't speak more highly of the customer service from Moh & his team at Stock & Buy, they have spent countless hours, helping us with many different set up, exporting, ingratiation items hurdles & to our Xero accounting specialise - Carol from Smart Accounting Solutions. This was 1st class customer service at its very best. Nothing was ever a problem.! Thank you for easing my fears. I Hope to be seeing the benefits of your App in our business reporting very soon.

Stock & Buy has been a life saver for us! We have two Shopify sites (retail & wholesale) and this app saves me so much time with new product setup, constant product maintenance, inventory, etc. It's so relieving to only have to make changes once instead of on both stores! Before downloading the app we asked for an hour long demo of the software. The founder kindly offered to do this himself. During the demo we found the app to be very well thought through and we were impressed enough to sign up to the $49pm package. We did however let them know that there were 3 areas which we felt could be improved. No less than 48hrs later they sent us our 3 fixes. Just like that! We couldn't believe it! Since starting to use it they been super accommodating it helping us where needed. We're massive fans of the app and really do recommend it (and the team behind the app!)

Stock and Buy has been an awesome system to work with - it is straight forward and the support from the Stock and Buy team has been incredible. Questions are answered promptly and by the designers/owners themselves. The system is also easy to navigate, and to understand. It also deals with multi currencies, and large quantities of stock from many suppliers, which is what my business required. I would highly recommend this software to anyone. The integration to Shopify and Xero have also been seamless.

We are using Stock&Buy to sync inventory between two Shopify accounts with different default currencies. The app is working well and seems to deal extremely well with the various and many issues we face. The app is considerably less expensive than others we had tried and has several valuable features we could not find in the others . The support and assistance we have received from Mohammed and his crew is unlike any I have received before. Hello All, I have been using Stock&Buy since late August 2016 and I am a paying customer that utilizes the integration with Shopify to Stock&Buy to Xero. We sell via two Shopify sites with US Dollars and Canadian Dollars with retail and wholesale customer groups. The reason I was looking for a solution: 1) Xero Inventory system is simple and can go out of sync with the standard integration 2) Wanted to add additional sales channels and needed central inventory system 3) Two sites in two currencies but we have different prices lists 4) Be able to keep up with Canadian Tax rules but also handle international sales What I trialed: Trade Gecko Cin7 Deer Inventory Other Xero to Shopify Integrations I tried a few different systems and I found that some were very complex (Cin7) and could do many times and others were heavy on the manufacturing/costing on the inventory side. I needed something that could: 1) sync perfectly to shopify with inventory 2) Track Inventory but I did need complex manufacturing and costing tools 3) Handle taxation in different jurisdictions Note: I am not an accountant but I did have my accountant review the process and get his input prior to becoming a paying customer. **Shopify Inventory Sync: Between Two Shopify Sites Stock & Buy does a great job with this. The setup imports everything and allows you to sync one ways or both ways. The initial setup is fast and the changes made in Stock & Buy update within seconds to both of our shopify sites. **Shopify to Xero through Stock & Buy When I initially added my second Shopify site and tried to connect the SHopify>Xero native sync you will find that it will actually stop the sync from the other site. So, what happens is you will connect the second one and set it on automatic and then a week later you will get a call from your accountant saying what are these other transactions?! It turns out that it stopped the first integration and that is painful (may work now?). With STock & Buy this is really where it shines. I removed the native integration and loaded the sync and it worked like a charm. Shopify had some odd rounding errors that were different from how Xero calculates things but a quick note to support and within an hour a fix was in place. We later learned that Xero and Shopify have different ways to round things which I believe is now automatically adapted in Stock & Buy. **Inventory Updates and Listing Stock & Buy makes easy work to 1) Create new products 2) Update photos and descriptions 3) Push updates and new listing to all sales channels 4) Mass update of products and prices with their export tools **Inventory Tracking A great dashboard to show what inventory is in and what inventory is marked for fulfilment. Also, a simple but effective tool that allows you to forecast product sales trends. This is actually similar to the reports that we have in Shopify advanced so if you need a inventory tool but are not yet ready for a shopify plan upgrade then the Stock & Buy reports will give you lots of info. **Customer Service In App chat tool + Email + Scheduled Skype Calls Always fast and professional responses and follow-up after solution to see if they solution truly fit my company's work flow. The guys at Stock & Buy are very keen on making a quality and efficient tool and they will take all input to make changes (very refreshing!). **Value For the price, the value and service is insanely good. The number of integrations and ease of use is something I haven’t found even for triple their price. There are many more features on the costing/analysis/purchasing/bundling side that I will update in my review later once I have fully used and tested the features.

We needed to set up wholesale for our website. After months of research and testing (we tried almost every app available) we found many solutions did not tick all pour boxes. We landed on a separate wholesale site as the cleanest and best approach. We needed something to synch inventory between our sales channels, generate invoices, store client details, generate orders from our suppliers, allow us to do stock takes etc. We Found Stock and Buy. Stock and Buy has been fantastic in allowing us to synch inventory between our wholesale and retail sites and also provides a invoicing system to generate invoices for sales that do not come through the shopify system. Along the way we have required tweaks and changes to little things - the guys at Stock and Buy have been amazing! The service has been outstanding and any issues or requests responded to immediately.

I needed an straight forward app to help me streamline my inventory, keep track of costs, connect 2 sales channels in multicurrency and be simple enough that my creative brain could understand. This app does just that! The customer support has been A+++ since I installed the app. They made tweaks to suit my business and are very open to feedback. Most importantly, they didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking questions and made sure I understood what the answer was. Another app I tried didn't seem to want to take the time to show me how to use their app properly. I highly recommend this app to anyone who needs a robust inventory management system that is straight forward, useful and cost effective.
