A basic inventory app should do basic things, and an inventory app should do a few more advanced things. For instance, if you have back orders in for customer sales and then you receive inventory in from suppliers, the inventory management system should tell you which orders can now be fulfilled as stock is available. This doesn't, which for us makes it useless.

We reviewed your account and saw that your products were set to allow overselling, which is why all sales orders were marked as "ready to ship" or "shipped," depending on their status in Shopify. This is the expected behavior based on the settings in place, and it can easily be adjusted if needed. We’ve already added it to our backlog, and since we actively evolve Qoblex based on customer input, we’re always happy to collaborate on improvements. I really love this app. I'll admit that getting the template set up can be the trickiest, as our perforated paper was unique. But Ivy at Megastore was amazing and helped me on numerous occasions to get things setup. We had out own barcodes already setup, so I just needed a template to print them out onto perforated data labels. This is a great app for that. Thank you so much Ivy for your help. You are a credit to the customer service industry and I hope your boss gives you a bonus! lol.

This is an excellent product, easy to use and straight forward. The best bit isn't the product though its the support, nothing is to hard and its all customised and done incredibly quickly. This is the first app I've reviewed on Shopify because these guys deserve it. Thanks again!
