A fantastic app, with a sync from the contact form to the backend email notification on the product queried. It was something that other apps (we tried about 5) don't have and you'd assume is an obvious feature. Props to Duke as well for his help solving an issue promptly. Amazing app. Best and simple form you can use with lots of integrations. Way better than Jotform or any of those apps with complicated forms.. Had some problems where the form didn't send through some information to Klaviyo to segments my leads. Support did an incredible and fast change to the whole app and now it works perfectly. Thanks! The form builder is a breeze to use. The ability to use conditional logic to show or hide various items on the form based on user input is also great, as is multi-step form options. The form has so many options for customization built in, as well as the ability to use custom CSS, so it can fit into nearly any site design. This application is really easy to set up, has many options and notification for each form, provides analytics and also has good documentation. The support is great, Duke in particular helped us solve the issues very quickly and asnwered all our questions. I have only positive experience with the app and recommend it.

I have tested several apps to serve the purpose of a custom contact form so I can provide price quotes to my customers. After testing 4 other custom contact form apps, this one is by far my favorite. It's the best in appearance and functionality, it's clear that whoever developed this app did not cut corners. With that being said, the best part of this app is the customer service. It's rare to find an app with customer service that is available at any time to answer your questions while actually being helpful and solving the problem. I would rate this app 10 starts If I could.

Enable a website to have more than 1 form, which each form funneling to different teams. Support was quick to resolve issue at the first time, within the same day. Very much appreciated.

My shop SongsWithYou relies heavily on this app (not just as a contact form). We have had great success so far. We had one javascript issue, but after chatting with support team, it was fixed within 30 minutes. Overall, great support and functionality.

I've tried at least five different form builders and so far this was certainly easy to set up and has worked the best. For some reason with others, many of our customers have had error warnings and issues submitting. I had one small snag with installation and Danielle helped me out very quickly! Wow, Daniel, Dzung & Duke in Tech & Customer Support are really on to it. Very patient & very fast with great focussed follow through over several things that I needed help with on my first 2 custom forms. This is a very neat form builder, I'm glad I chose it, more features than a lot of the others I looked at. I need to get measurements from my customers and product use case so not being limited to 6 input fields like a lot of the apps I looked at was one of the winning points for me. Very generous with features & integrations. They let me know there was some jquery issue and overlapping elements with another app I use all the time and fixed everything really quickly.

We use this contact form app to collect our customer requests. This is absolutely helpful and the form itself is neat and good-looking. Plus, the form is able to integrate with our email service that could be used to conduct the promotion. And their tech support is fantastic, there are some small features that need to be adjusted after the plug-in, representative reply to our email within few hours and fix the issue ASAP. Appreciate his dedicated work.
