Amazing App and the customer service is even better, Siva helped copy all my manual rates from Shopify to the app and walked through each one making sure they all displayed correctly. As we sell custom products, the normal shipping rates through shopify didn't do enough for us, this app helped wonders thanks again to Siva!
I found out about your App from the app store, after we previously got hit by hargebacks, we're new to shopify and it put a bit of a blow into us so we needed someone reliable to help. They've been great so far with everything. Highly recommend.

I spoke to A. Kayali after there was an issue with the app and another one. A. Kayali managed to log in and fix everything within 5 minutes while giving some very helpful advise. The free plan has everything you need to kick start, with options to upgrade if you want but you don't need to! Thanks again guys. We are really happy that you found our support helpful! A BIG BIG thankyou to Joana and Tess from Smile and the whole team! I was having some issues with the popup being a bit cluttered on mobile and also effecting another app. Not only did they log in and fix it, they granted me access to choose what is displayed on Mobile and desktop. Honestly guys couldn't recommend them enough! Great weekend to you all!
