i really like this app ( i use it for bulk watermark removing )

I am very disappointed with this app. It is not working properly and fails to perform the basic functions advertised. To make matters worse, the customer support is pathetic—or rather, completely non-existent. I have reached out for help with the technical issues and received zero response. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable alternative.

I installed it nothing works

More than happy with this app and especially with its super good customer service by Jason. Within only two days they developed a new function, which I asked for and updated the app. It increasingly makes my workflow for product upload more efficient!! Also fair pricing, considering the time it saves.

Does what it says on the tin. Have been using it for a while and am happy thus far. Easy to use and understand

I use this to remove watermark mostly. 3000 products. When the logo is too close to the product (not touching) the app wouldn't recognize correctly and i have to manually correct. Dunno if its faster than doing it one by one. App is laggy at times, swap editor sometimes crashes and I lose track of which page I was in ( I have 3000 products). And it kept fking asking me to leave a review so here you go

This is just a great app with a lot of helpful features. Saves a lot of work. Support is also great too.

As a digital strategist who's working in digital for +10 years for brands like Nike and Heineken I am rarely impressed by a plugin and this one is really a gamechanger for non design people to make their site prettier and make imagery easier to work with

I've been using the app to correct photo issues and rename all of my products, It is simple to use and effective I would highly recommend it to anyone that is working through the many technical issues that need to be addressed to have a successful shop

I used this app today after installing. It is not easy as stated but very slow and time consuming. It already put several of the images with a white cut out so I had to reload the images in Shopify. Also the remove watermark did not work on most images, some I could change over but it also removed the name on a face mask and not the watermark. So basically I have now got to go locate those images again and reupload. Waste of time and energy and I would definilty not pay for this app.

AI background removal is not very efficient - Basically, you pay for something that may not work before you know it - And there is no refund possible. EDIT: AI is not magic I know that, even if my photos are HD and shot in pro photobox.. - My point is that I am very surprised that you don't refund AI automatic work that is obviously bad (very weird bg removal). If I buy a t-shirt and then I see a hole in it, the shop will refund me because I will not wear it, same thing here, so this is not very honest imo. I think that some other apps got a system where you can validate or refuse the AI work and you are not charged if you refuse.

he app is so smart and helpful and you can achieve a lot by using it but the slowest app I have been used online

We use this all the time, mostly to remove grey backgrounds so our products are all the same. I still struggle with the swap editor and figuring out how to do things in one step, but overall, it's an easy tool to use to change all the media for one product in one fell swoop.

It does a pretty good job and is fairly easy to use. Some background removals are intuitive and complete, while others aren't great. I don't think anyone could get it perfect all the time. It's better than I expected and I'm happy to continue using.

Really buggy app, would not recommend. It deleted some of my images and is just very inconsistent to use, showing you images but when you click on the image link it turns out to be a completely different image? Or when you want to type a name of a product to search it or command+v it doesn't register your first keypress, annoying. On top of that, the function to remove watermarks is very slow, very stupid, and quite inconsistent. When there is a clear product in the center, with a bunch of white around it and a small logo in the corner, it can't find that logo and erase it but sometimes puts a white rectangle on your product or whatever. Then you have to go back and redo all of those products it did wrong, which takes a lot of time. That was another serious irritation, the time it takes to perform these actions is pretty slow! If you want a better background removal function, app dev expects you to pay $0.20 per image, and you can still have the app do it incorrectly and no refunds are given. After I used it a bunch and went into my products again I saw a bunch of images was missing and just completely erased from my product listings. Found out due to google merchant center letting me know about 25 products didn't have any image anymore. Which made me completely distrust this app and remove it from my store. The developer doesn't want to give any refund or explanation to me as a customer, only told Shopify that he won't give a refund. App has really helped my products photos SHINEEEEEE on my website. Product photos look like they were shot by professionals. The background editor is super easy and fast. Would like to see the background editor a part of the yearly subscription plan.

Great app which I use for every product upload. It integrates seamlessly with my Shopify and I would recommend it.

The best photo app in Shopify. It's the only app which does not have monthly membership but that you can paid only once. Photoshop is integrated and there are compression/resize/remove background tools. Love it !

So far, I'm pretty amazed at how many different things you can do with this app. It does a pretty fair job at background removal, and all sorts of other things I wouldn't have even considered.

I use this app to bulk edit images and find that it works well 80% of the time. Overall a good app!

Love this app! It has amazing free features and pricing is fair! It runs really smoothly and my product photos have never looked better! Definitely a must have Shopify app if you're dropshipping. Thank you!!!!!!

Good things about this app: I can use it on the free version to "diagnose" all the images on my site. It quickly tells me which are too small in terms of dimensions or too large in terms of filesize. I can then manually change reduce the file size in photoshop or Illustrator and re-upload. Other good thing about the app is that its really good at removing the backgrounds. Bad things about the app: A little bit glitchy, a little bit slow to load images (even even under 100 KB each). Pricing it way too high. I will update my review if they fix their pricing structure. I am glad the old adobe editor is apart of this app - its super easy to use - its really all I use to make sure my background is white like my site - its worth the $19.99 life for the ease and finished pic. Gotta say- the constant pop up to rate this app was super annoying - thats whay I have left one - so I can continue to work without that interruption.

I use this app to remove branding. It works very well 90% of the time. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great app to remove watermarks with convenience. Its not on a photo shop level, but it is helpful with the very basics.

This app is fantastic. I was able to resize and remove the shadowy background from all of my website's photos so quickly and easily. The only thing I found difficult was selecting more than one photo to edit at a time. I was not able to do that so I had to change each photo (dozens of them) one at a time. I also don't like the way the chat function doesn't go away, it blocks the screen. The popup asking for a review is annoying, as it appears before you have a chance to finish what you are doing, but I do appreciate that this is a (sort of) free app... I paid to remove the background image. Thank you for this fantastic solution to Shopify's lack of photo resizing functionality.

**UPDATED!!** This app is a SCAM! Paid for the "Lifetime Membership" and the developer didn't like my (honest) review so they blocked us from being able to use the app altogether and blocked our domain so we can't email them for support or have any communication whatsoever. So we cannot get access the app at all, despite having paid for it for a "lifetime", it doesn't allow us to open or access anything so we sent an email asking for assistance and their reply was "change your one star review" and then blocked us from emailing them altogether. VERY SCAMMY! We paid for this service, they lied in their reply back to my review, blocked us from being able to use what we paid for and won't provide service to either issue that we've had - they stole our money, offered a "refund" that we can't access and now we can't access it at all for sharing our experience. This lack of customer service is bizarre. They are unwilling to do the right thing and instead of making things right, they don't allow us to use what we paid for. Will be reporting them until we are refunded. AS MENTIONED IN THE DEVELOPERS RESPONSE, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND, yet they won't allow us access to the app to get the refund or use the service we paid for. Take note, this is a very poorly operation. I've never heard of or experienced such bad service in my life. I would have updated my original review had they done the right thing or provided us access to what we paid for. They will continue to charge us because we have no way of cancelling without access or being able to communicate with them so take note of this before proceeding with using this service. It's interesting that it's now a "reoccurring" yearly charge instead of a one-time payment for "Lifetime Membership" - I would proceed with caution before committing to this service or giving them your payment information. Their response to my original review was based on the changed they've made since our original experience. The dishonesty is not appreciated. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was really enjoying this app until it started stealing my money. We paid for the "lifetime" subscription, which I realized after the fact literally covers absolutely NOTHING t. We have to pay EXTRA for every single thing we needed (the reasons we use this app to begin with) so the $20 lifetime was a waste of money. I've now paid $40 ON TOP OF THE LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP in less than 24 hours to remove the background on 4 photos - I could have paid NOTHING and done it in Photoshop, which I already have. I could have done that before uploading the photos into Shopify and paid nothing extra. It applied my $40 in "credits" to god knows what and every time I purchase them again, they are immediately gone before I can use it. SO the subscription literally covers absolutely nothing, you have to pay $10 for "1" credit and somehow $40 got us less than 4 backgrounds removed. Spent $50 in less than a day for absolutely NOTHING. Save your time and money.

Had to use this app since Shopify stopped its own image editing service (the new one does not compare well with this one. Swap Photos has its own editing tool as well as the previous Shopify editing tool. Works well and so far happy with it.
