Great customer service! I had an issue with the billing and they were quick to give me a complete refund. The app itself is very useful for upsells and cross-sells.
I used this app to help me sync Amazon inventory and orders to my Shopify store. The process is very easy (basically automatic) as long as SKUs are the same on both marketplaces. If your SKUs are different then it is still possible to sync your inventory, although the process requires an extra step within the app. The app also has a lot of other useful features which I have not used yet. I will update this review after gaining more experience with the other features. Customer support from the developers has been top-notch! They are more than willing to hop on a call and provide support and make customizations to the app if needed. I have been speaking to my rep, Abhi and I am very happy with the willingness to help from everyone on the CedCommerce team. I am very impressed with this integration with Amazon and also look forward to using the Walmart integration later this year.

I am using this app to translate my store from English to French. I like how it adds a feature to my website whereby the language changes automatically based on the browser's default language. However, there is a huge drawback to this feature. For example, if the default language of the customer's browser is English but the customer prefers to view the site in French they are unable to do so. If the customer attempts to manually change the language to French using the language selector dropdown the app automatically redirects them back to the English site. I like the auto-translate feature of this app and am finding it to be more accurate than others on the market. I also like the user-friendliness of this app. Finally, I like the fact that it installs natively on Shopify without modifying the theme code. If the issue with the automatic language selection can be resolved I would give this app 5 stars. UPDATE: The team at Sherpas Design resolved the issue - turns out it was due to conflicting code on my theme, so it was no fault of the app. 5 stars from me!
For a free app this is definitely the best one out there! Nothing else even comes close. I'm in Canada and I don't use all the pro features as those are mostly for UK sellers. The support from the ClickSit guys is top notch, nonetheless. This is a fantastic app with many features for importing data. I moved all my data from Magento seamlessly over to my first ever Shopify store. Their website is full of helpful video tutorials to guide the user through the export and import process. That is know how I know these guys make the best migration app on the app store. Although it takes some time to get the hang of, you don't have to be a master at Excel to use this app. And the support from the app developers has been amazing! Good job guys!

About the Magento migration - thank you for understanding that when migrated data was producing errors, that means that the source data in the Magento system where you migrated from, was missing some important details which are mandatory for Shopify. Magento is much less strict in validation requirements than Shopify. For example, Magento allows to have customers with invalid e-mail addresses. Shopify checks each and every e-mail to be valid and actually that the mailbox on that mailserver exists. To guarantee you that if you have an e-mail in your customer database, then you will be able to send an e-mail to this customer. The similar strict validations are for the phone numbers, and other fields. E.g. you cannot create a Customer or Order in Shopify which has invalid data. We could, of course, just "assume" default for those cases, like drop the invalid e-mails which were not accepted and tell that all is ok. But then you would miss on the opportunity to fix and improve the data you are migrating. As that is quite usually one of the goals of the migration - to use the chance and improve the data quality. Good things about this app: I can use it on the free version to "diagnose" all the images on my site. It quickly tells me which are too small in terms of dimensions or too large in terms of filesize. I can then manually change reduce the file size in photoshop or Illustrator and re-upload. Other good thing about the app is that its really good at removing the backgrounds. Bad things about the app: A little bit glitchy, a little bit slow to load images (even even under 100 KB each). Pricing it way too high. I will update my review if they fix their pricing structure. It has very basic features so far. I am excited to see what they will come out with in terms of automation and integration with other apps. If they can do that they will blow the competition totally out of the market. For now only giving it 4 stars because it is a little too barebones. My website: www.gearscanada.com
As far as free apps go this one is the best one out there if you are beginner to email marketing. It was definitely the most easy to use. However, as of today Shopify has released its own native email marketing app which is even easier to use! I would recommend that you use Shopify's native app first and then consider Seguno's paid plan if you're looking for more features. That being said Seguno needs to reduce their pricing on the paid plan now that they are competing with Shopify (and so many other email marketing apps). Currently Seguno's paid plan offers: • Removing the Seguno branding from the footer -- I AM ADVISING SEGUNO TO MAKE THIS IS A FREE FEATURE IN LIGHT OF THE COMPETITION THEY NOW FACE FROM SHOPIFY'S OWN APP • Remailing non-openers -- RE-EMAILING PEOPLE IS A BAD IDEA TO BEGIN WITH SO I'M NOT SURE WHY THIS IS A PAID FEATURE IT SHOULD BE A FREE FEATURE • Tag-triggered emails -- SHOPIFY ALLOWS THIS FOR FREE NOW WITH THEIR NATIVE APP SO THIS SHOULD ALSO BE A FREE FEATURE FOR SEGUNO • Premium email sections (includes the Countdown, Flipbook, and more to come) -- SEGUNO DID A GOOD JOB WITH THIS! • Product review request automation -- THIS IS A GOOD IDEA BUT REALISTICALLY ALL OF THE GOOD REVIEW APPS HAVE THEIR BUILT-IN AUTOMATED REVIEW REQUEST EMAILS The special thing that Seguno offers is automations which is something they should build upon and make into a paid feature down the road. Thanks so much for your in-depth and honest feedback in your app review for Seguno: Email Marketing. We really appreciate the time you took to leave a helpful review with lots of substance, it does wonders for helping us improve the app. While Shopify Email does allow you to send to a customer group based on a tag, which Seguno does for free as well, Seguno's tag-triggered emails are actually unique in that adding the tag to the customer's profile automatically triggers an individual email to that subscriber. There are lots of great use cases here, like having a welcome email for wholesale signups that skips the normal welcome email or maybe a 'thanks for attending our recent event' type of email. With some manual tagging or using another app that automatically tags based on purchase data, you could then automate some specific emails like thanking VIPs or product care instructions. Are there any use cases that come to mind for you? We have other types of automation we plan to add and will very soon be adding a new paid feature: series, which would allow all automations to send multiple emails over time. Lots more to come there! Remailing non-openers can be powerful. A simple example is around holidays when people are getting a lot of emails and are more likely to miss things in their inbox. Or perhaps you're running a big promotion and want to remind people about it without bothering people that have already opened the email. It's not something you want to use all the time and there are best practices to follow but it works really well when used appropriately. Thanks very much for your kind words about our premium sections such as Flipbook and Countdown, we've got more great sections we plan to add over time too. This app is for beginners and people brand new to Google Shopping. Install it to get started and tinker around a little but it won't and should not be the tool you use to scale on Google Shopping. For Canadian businesses installing this app is a NO BRAINER. Literally helped me save hundreds on shipping overnight. The app is very user friendly and full of useful features. I love the support I've received so far from Daniel and my Freightcom rep, Riaz. The fact that Shopify forces Canadian sellers to purchase Canada Post shipping labels using USD is perhaps the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard especially considering Shopify is a Canadian company. For sellers that are new to the world of SEO this app is perfect with its easy to understand interface and definitions of jargon throughout. I like that it uses JSON LD structured data. The app works well on a free plan. 500 free impressions is the most free push impressions offered by any app on the store. I initially gave this app a lower rating because I wondered why push notifications were not working on iOS. Little did I know that iOS doesn't support push notifications yet. This is a limitation of Apple and no fault of Pushowl. Pushowl is the best app out there for delivering push notifications to your customers and they seem to have the most integrations with other apps as well. I will consider moving to the paid plan if I find the ROI is good over the coming months. Good job guys! My website: www.gearscanada.com
I downloaded many apps for the purpose of adding a cookie bar. Every app I downloaded was missing a key feature or slowed down my site. If you happen to be reading this review, look no further. This is the best app on the app store currently (date today: Apr 9th 2020). 3 reasons I love this app: 1) 100% free to turn on location sensing 2) 100% free to customize the bar colors and fonts 3) Includes CCPA, which should not be neglected on any site. The app UI is surprisingly clean and minimal despite what a few other people might be saying... Tomasz and his team have done an amazing job putting together an app that fits flawlessly within my theme. 3 things I love about the app: 1) customer service from Tomasz has been top notch. He replies quick and as others say in these reviews, he actually helps out as opposed to asking you to use a developer. 2) This is the only app I've been able to find on the app store that allows easy and quick importing of reviews from Amazon. The second best app I found after doing a lot of research was Stamped.io but even they required manually exporting Amazon reviews to an excel file and then formatting, and then importing into the app. Opinew makes it easy as 1,2,3, and was the clear winner! 3) Tomasz is continually working on making the app better as time goes on and I'm excited to see what new features he releases down the road.
